- An ND&PS case FIR No 168/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 03.08.2016 US 22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS on the rukka of HC Naresh I/O PP Sanjauli alleging therein that on 03.08.2016 he was on patrolling duty at Batish Colony Road along with staff . Near about 7:20 PM he intercepted a person namely Deepak Joshi S/o Sh Ramesh Joshi R/o Joshi House Near Verma Colony Sanjauli and recovered 02 bottles of Corex Cough Syrup ( Restricted Medicine) from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Naresh No. 248 I/O PP Sanjauli.
- A Theft case FIR No No.48/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 03.08.16 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohan Singh S/o Sh.Ranbir Saingh R/o Village Gokswari P.O Sindsali Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on dated 03.08.2016 at 1:00 AM some unknown person stolen the Jack( Shoker) of JCB Machine at Gokswari. The case is being investigated by HHC Shishi Ram I/O P.S Chirgaon.
- A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 73/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 03.08.2016 U/S 341,323 IPC on the statement of Sh. Fina Dass S/o Sh. Gyaru Ram R/O Village Pagas P/o Khangtehri Tehsil & P.S Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 03.08.2016 at about 07:30PM. When he was going to Rohru from Mahendli at the same time Sh. Yash Pal obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish No.58 I/O P.S Rohru.
- An Accident case FIR No 35/16 has been Registered at PS Nerwa on 03.08.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Sant Ram S/o Lt. Sh. Budhi Singh Village Labrog P/o Tharoch Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 03.08.2016 at about 7:15 PM a Pick-Up No.HP63-7159 met with an accident near Tharoch by the rash and negligent Driving of Dinesh S/O sh. Ram Singh VPO Kawanu Tehsil Chakrata Distt. Dehradun UK. In this incident besides driver and three persons namely Mohinder Thakur S/O Lt. Maan Singh Vill. Labrog P.O Thaaroch Tehsil Chopal age-38 years, Sant Ram S/O Lt. Budhi Singh R/O Labrog P.O Tharoch Tehsil Chopal age-40 years & Shiv Lal S/O Sh. Kaansiya Ram Village Labrog P.O Lharoch Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla age 45 years sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh I/O PS Nerwa.
- An Accident case FIR No 124/16 has been registered at PS Theog today on 04.08.2016 U/S 279,337 IPCon the statement of Sh Prem Chand S/o Sh Murli Ram R/o village Khoba Nala P/o Chekul Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 03.8.2016 a truck hit his Scoter No HP07-3567 in which he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Matiyana.
- A Trespass case FIR NO 74/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu 04.08.2016 U/S 447 IPC & 3PDP Act on the report of Sh. Daya Nand Sharma S/O Lt. Sh. Brama Nand Sharma R/O Batwari PO Kaloti Teh Chirgaon Distt Shimla A/P Patwari Patwar Circle Tandali Teh Rohru in which he alleged that on dated 03.08.2016 Nepali labors were working /fencing the government PWD land near Subzi Mandi Mehandli . Then at about 5 PM one person namely DevRaj S/o Sh. Tilak Raj R/O Karasa Teh Rohru inter-fare the above government land and remove the 4 Iron angles . The case is being investigated by SI Mohan Singh I/O PS Rohru.
- During last 24 hours 409 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 203 & fine realized Rs. 70,500/- and 47 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,500/-

Accused Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh Sant Ram R/o village VPO Kohbag Tehsil and Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 155/16 on 02.08.2016 U/S 457, 380, 511 IPC at PS Sadar released on bail by Ld Court.
Accused Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Keshav Ram Sharma R/O V.P.O. Karyali Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No 55/16 Date 15-2-16 U/S 457,380 IPC at 8-45 P.M.on 03.08.2016 by HC Parkash P.S. West Shimla. He will be produced before Ld ACJM-2 Shimla on today.
