Crime Report on August, 05, 2016

1. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 96/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 04.08.2016 U/S 341,323 IPC  on the written application of Sh. Dalip Singh S/o Late Sh.Mohan Lal R/o VPO Batari Tehsil Kumarsain Distt.Shimla alleging thereint that that yesterday on dt. 3-8-16 at about 3.30 PM When He reached at wine shop Khabar one namely Satish Mehta S/o late Sh. Meg Ram R/O Bhamral  P/O Batari  Tehsil Kumarsain obstructed his way and beaten him with sticks. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain I/O PS Kumarsain.
2. A Trespass case FIR NO 75/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 04.08.2016 U/S 447 IPC & 32, 33 IF Act on the application of Sh. Kuldeep Singh Chauhan S/o Late Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Village Sidhroti P/o Lowerkoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP A/P Forest Range Officer Tikkar Tehsil & PS Rohru alleging therein that as per the report of Forest Guard Sharontha Beat, Sh. Ved Prakash S/O Sh. Bhagat Chand R/o Sharontha Tehsil Rohru has encroached and dug 800x3=2400 square meter forest land in C.No 9A Karchari Jungle for the construction of road. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/C Police Post Tikkar.
3. An Accident case FIR No 154/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on  05.08.16 U/S 279,304A IPC &187 MV.Act on the statement of Sh. Vipin Sharma S/o Sh.Subhash Chand sharma Vill. Badhrash PO Duttnagar Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 04.08.2016 at about 09.50 PM when he was sitting with Ravinder Verma, Partap Singh sarkek at Ravinder Verma's house at Badrash at the same time A maruti car bearing No HP52A-8011 coming from  Shimla side and hit one person namely Shiv kumar and he died at Hospital . This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Sahil Chauhan S/o Om Parkesh Chauhan Village Mashobara Tehsil and Distt. Shimla. Culprits has been arrested and the case is be investigated  by SI/Add.SHO PS Rampur. Accused will be produced before Ld court today.
4. An Accident case FIR No 49/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon 49/16 on 05.08.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Ram Chauhan S/o Sh Gopal Singh R/o VPO Tikkari Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 05.08.2016 a vehicle No HP10 A 8238 alto K-10 met with an accident near Tikkari due to rash and negligent driving Balak Raj S/o Sh  Sukh Chain R/o Tikkari Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla. In this accident three Persons namely Hans Raj,Prithavi Raj along with driver sustained injuries, The case is being investigated By HHC Shishi Ram I/O PS  Chirgaon.
5. During last 24 hours 352 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 215 & fine realized Rs. 47,400/- and 45 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.  4,550/-

1. Accused  Naresh Kumar S/O Sh. Keshav Ram Sharma  R/O V.P.O. Karyali Tehsil Sunni Distt. Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No 55/16 Date 15-2-16 U/S 457,380 IPC  at 8-45 P.M.on 03.08.2016 by HC Parkash P.S. West Shimla is on Police remand up to 08.08.2016

2. Accused Deepak Joshi S/o Sh Ramesh Joshi R/o Joshi House Near Verma Colony Sanjauli arrested in case FIR No 168/16 on 03.08.2016 US 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Dhalli is on Police remand up to 06.08.2016

3. Accused Virender Kumar S/o Sh Rajinder Kumar R/o village Dhamechi P/o Bimuliya Tehsil and Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 194/16 on 03.08.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise act at PS West will produce before Ld court, today.

4. Accused Sahil Chauhan S/o Om Parkesh Chauhan Village Mashobara Tehsil and Distt. Shimla arrested in case FIR No 154/16 on 04.08.2016 US 279, 337 IPC at PS Dhalli is being produce before Ld court today.
