Crime Report on 14 August 2016

1.    An Excise  Act Case FIR No.105/16 Dated 13-08-16 U/S 39 of HP Ex-Act. PS Kumarsain  Distt. Shimla HP. On 13-08-2016 when ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Narkanda and his staff was on patrolling duty at Narkanda. At that time on the secret information  police party has checked the  Dhaba of Mr  Diwan Chand R/O Dokhari Jarol Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla HP. Where from  police party has recovered illegally  24 bottles of contrary liquor (Santra No.1) from the possession of above Dhaba owner and Case has been registered against him accordingly. Case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Narkanda.

 

2.     An Accident  Case FIR NO 157/16 dt. 13/08/2016 U/S 279,304A IPC & 187 MV ACT PS Rampur  has been registered on the statement of Dil Bhadur S/O Lt.sh Dhan Singh vill. Huladi PO Burtibang tehsil and Distt. Banglung Nepal west age 65 years. A/P Chokidar M/S Doulat Ram and Mangat Ram ward no -7 Khopri Tehsil Rampur that today at about 04.45 pm when her wife namely Kali Devi was going towards Nogli NH-05. At that time one unknown LMV came from Rampur side and hit his wife and run away from the spot.In this accident  Kali Devi died on the spot . Investigation is underway case has been registered and being investigated by ASI Khadhi Ram I/C TTR wing Rampur

 

3.    Causing hurt to  deter public servant discharge his duty Case FIR 204/16 dated 13-08-2016 U/S 353,332 IPC PS west has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Raju S/o Sh. Ram Diyai R/o Kandla P.O Dumehar  Tehsil Arki Distt Solan HP at present Key man IPH section Tara Davi Shimla   HP alleging therein  that when he was on duty for  checking of  water supply duty near Inder Mohan house  village Barai at about 12 noon, at that time Mr. Inder Mohan R/o Village Barai came  and talking about supply of water and suddenly  betan him  with out any cause and  obstruct his duty. A  case has been registered against him and case is being investigated by ASI Amrinder Singh I/O PS West accordingly

.

4.    An Accident  Case FIR No 158/16 U/S 279,337,304A IPC PS Rampur  has been registered on the Statement of Sh. Bhim Bahadur S/o Sh. Man Bahadur Vill. Mansaar PO Salogra Tehsil & Distt. Solan HP. That on dated 12-08-16 he was going towards Rohru in his Truck No HP 13A-0675. On 13-08-16 at about 6.00 am when he reached SidhPur near Tanki Nala (Narkanda to Baghi road) he saw one vehicle/Truck No HP 13B-0819 met with an accident due to negligent driving of Truck Driver Sh.Sunil Kumar. In this accident one person namely Sh. Anil Kumar died on the spot and driver Sunil Kumar sustained injury. Case has being registered and is being investigating by ASI Chaman Lal I/C PP Nankhari.

 

5.    During last 24 hours 204 vehicles were Challaned under MV Act, compounded =-66 & fine realized Rs. 17,700/-and 11 persons Challned under smoking Act  fine collected Rs=1100/ -
