Crime Report On July 31, 2016.

 

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 93/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 31.07.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Ashwani Kumar S/O Sh. Kishor Sharma R/O Vill. Kadeli, PO Sholi, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 30/31.07.2016 when he reached near Bithal in the Zeep NO. HP06A-5366 a Maruti Car No. HP22-6640 come rashly and hit his above Zeep. In this accident three persons got injured. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand I/C PP Sainj, PS Kumarsain.
2. An Accident Case FIR No. 154/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 30.07.2016 U/S 279 IPC on the Rukka of HC Nazir Ahmad No. 1683 I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla stated therein that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty as he reached near Rain Shelter Sanjuali College, he found that two vehicles No. HP03B-6259 Tavera HRTC and Veh. NO. HP01A-2049 Tata Sumo met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of both the drivers of above vehicles.  The case is being investigated by HC Nazir Ahmad No. 1683 I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, PS Sadar.
3. An Accident Case FIR No. 121/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 31.07.2016 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Devi Pujan S/O Sh. Ram Lakhan R/O VPO Chhaila, Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that today on 7.30 AM a LP Truck No. HP64-4047 come rashly and hit the Bike/Motorcycle No. HP09C-2540. In this accident M/Cycle rider died on spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand PP Chhaila, PS Theog.  
4. An Accident Case FIR No. 121/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 31.07.2016 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Resham Lal S/O Sh. Gauri Lal R/O Vill. Bhagori, PO & Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt Shimla stated that today morning his Traveller  NO. HP10A-4382 was coming from Nahan To Kotkhai as his above vehicle reached Nr Kokunala Petrol Pump his driver lost the control over the vehicle and rolled down approximately 250/300 feet from the road. In this accident driver died on spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.   
5. A Wrongful restraint case FIR No 35/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 31.07.2016 U/S 341,323, 34 IPC on the statement of Mohd. Ramzan S/O Sh. Mohd. Sultan R/O Vill. Sari, PO Hatkoti, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla alleging therein that today when he alongwith his wife Rozbe was going to his home on Motorcycle on the way his neighbourer Chander Vir @ Papu obstruct his bike and beaten him. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.  
6. During last 24 hours 224 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 115  & fine realized Rs. 54,900 /- and 11 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.  1100/-

Follow Up

1.    Accused, i) Jagbeer Yadav S/o Sh. Bheem Singh Yadav R/o House No. 1994K, Block Jahangeerpuri, Delhi and ii) Rajesh S/o Sh. Om Prakash R/o Flat No. 107, Metro Apartment, Jahangeerpuri, Delhi, arrested in case FIR No. 77/16 U/S 420 IPC at PS Kumarsain, are in judicial remand upto 09.08.2016.

2.    Accused (i) Bharat Bhushan S/o Sh Khamesh Chand village Firnu P/o Sarahan Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (ii) Ghanshyam S/o late Sh Aasham Ram village Baner P/o Shiwan Tehsil Kumarsain arrested in Case FIR No 92/16 U/S 302, 34 IPC  on 29.07.2016 at PS Kumarsain are in police remand up to 02.08.0216.
