Crime Report on July 18, 2016

1. A Concealment of birth by secret disposal of dead body case FIR No 119/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 17.07.2016  U/S 318  IPC on the statement of Smt Anita W/o Sh Jeet Ram R/o village Khaniudi P/o Jais Tehsil Theog  A/P President of Gram Panchyat Basa Theog alleging therein that on 17.07.2016 she was going to Theog in her vehicle along with vice- Pradhan Ankita Verma . When they reached near Janog Ghat they saw a dog was carrying a dead body of infant thrown by some known person. On this matter, she stopped her vehicle and went near dog. When dog Saw them and dropped the dead body of infant there. They went near to dead body of infant and saw that it was the dead body of baby boy. The case is being investigatred by SI/ Add. SHO Rajiender Rana PS Theog.

2. A wrongful restrant case FIR No 44/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 18.07.2016 U/S 341, 323 IPC on the statement of Sh Neelam Dass S/o Sh Dhirju Ram village Chichru P/o Rohal Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 18.07.2016 a person namely Padam Dass  obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HHC Ramesh I/O PS Chirgaon.

3. A wrongful restraint case FIR No 31/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 17.07.2016 U/S 323, 341 IPC on the statement of Ramesh Chand S/o late Sh Jodhi Ram R/o village Katal Nala P/o Irra Tehsil Chopal alleging therein that on 17.07.2016 a person namely Deepak S/o Sh Chuhiya Ram R/o village Bhangal P/o Tikkari Tehsil Chopal obstructed his way and beaten him brutally . The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh I/O PS Nerwa.

4. During last 24 hours 234 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 146 & fine realized Rs. 40,800/- and 49 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 4,550/-

1. Accused Karan Deep Verma S/o Sh.Kuldeep Kumar R/o S/221/148 Gali No 4-5 Vishnu Garden New Delhi at present 50/51 Second Floor Poker-2 Rohini Sec-25 New Delhi age 26 arrested in case FIR No 372/15 U/S 420,120 B IPC at  PS Dhalli sent to judicial custody
