Crime Report on July 28, 2016

1. An Accident case FIR No 90/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 27.07.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Kewal Ram S/o Sh Shiv Ram R/o village Kewat P/o Kayara Kandru Tehsil  Theog  Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 26.07.2016 a person namely Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh Kanwer Singh R/o Keokali P/o Kayartu Tehsil Theog went to Kandru Nala in his vehicle No HP 63-8169.  When Rakesh Kumar  was coming Back to Kewat suddenly his vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving. The case is being investigated by ASI Hans Raj I/O PS Kumarsain.
2. An Accident case FIR No.188/16 has been registered at PS West on  27.07.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 M.V.Act on the statement of Sh Sachin Pawar S/o Sh Prem Singh R/o VPO Milkmukipur Tehsil Dhampur Distt Bijnour (Utter Pradesh) alleging therein that on 27.07.2016 a vehicle No HP63-8316 hit him at near Raisik Hotel due to which he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated  by HC Kiran I/OPS West.
3. A Burglary case FIR No 89/16 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 27.07.2016 U/S 454,380 IPC on the statement of  Smt Sangita Kanwar W/o Late Sh.P.S Samra Rana R/O village Khanola P/O Summerkot Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla A/P C/O Jubbal House Khalini alleging therein that on 27.07.2016 some unknown person stolen away one pair of gold necklaces, four gold rings, two bangles of gold, two pair gold ears pins three pairs of gold Jhumkas and one silver Kada from her house. The case is being invested by ASI Rajvinder I/O PS New Shimla.
4. During last 24 hours 323 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 189  & fine realized Rs. 58,100 /- and 54 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.  6,800/-

Inquest Report

Deceased Vishal R/o village Jathedi P/o Kuthar Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla age 29 years(Nepali) died due to fall from hill. The postmortem conducted at IGMC Shimla. His dead body handed over to his relieves. Proceeding under section 174 CrPC carried out at PS Theog.  

Follow Up

1. Accused, i) Jagbeer Yadav S/o Sh. Bheem Singh Yadav R/o House No. 1994K, Block Jahangeerpuri, Delhi and ii) Rajesh S/o Sh. Om Prakash R/o Flat No. 107, Metro Apartment, Jahangeerpuri, Delhi, arrested in case FIR No. 77/16 U/S 420 IPC at PS Kumarsain,  are on police remand upto 30.07.2016,

2. Accused Rakhi D/o Sh. Raghuveer Singh R/o 2/168 Mangolpuri Delhi age 27 Year A/P 2136 Flate No. 5  Second floor Jain  Nagar New Delhi. In case FIR No. 372/15 Dt. 28/10/15 US 420, 120 B IPC PS Dhalli released on bail by Ld Court.
