Crime Report on July 23, 2016

1. An Excise Act case FIR No.163/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 22.07.2016  U/S 39 (1) HP Excise  Act on the rukka of ASI Darmesh Dass I/O PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 22.07.2016 he was on patrolling duty. During duty, he got information regarding illegal supply of country liquor. On this information, he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Sh Yogender Singh S/o  Sh Bhagwan Singh R/O Yogender Niwas Devli Colony Dhalli Shimla. age 34 years. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharmesh Dutt Sharma I/O PS Dhalli.
2. An Excise Act case FIR No. 146/16 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 23.07.2016  U/S 39 (1) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Ishwer Singh I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that today on 23.07.2016 he was on patrolling duty. During duty, he got information regarding illegal supply of country liquor. On this information, he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor from the possession of  Sh Saina Ram S/o  Sh Chandu Ram  R/O village Harman P/o Munish Baliya Tehsil Rampur. The case is being investigated by ASI Ishwer Singh I/O PS Rampur.
3. An Accident case FIR No 69/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu 22.07.2016 u/s 279,337 IPC PS on the statement of Sh. Naveen S/o  Ram Singh R/o Village GangaNagar  P/o  Sheel  Tehsil  Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 22.07.2016 he was working in apple garden  at about 4:40 PM a vehicle No 10A-8343 car met with an accident in which Jaswant, Devinder Kumar, Kapil,and Aman gt sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Bal Raj I/O PS Rohru.
4. An Accident case FIR No 45/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 22.07.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered on the statement of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Micher Sain R/o Sharn P/o Ranol Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that  on 22.07.2016 at about 5:00 PM a vehicle No HP-10-A-4233 B/Camper met with an accident near Badiyar Kanchi Due rash and negligent driving of Prem Singh S/O Munshi Ram R/O Sharan(Bachari)  Tehsil Chirgaon in which seven persons along with driver. The case is being investigated Ramesh Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.
5. An Accident  case FIR No 46/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 22.07.2016 U/S 279,304 A IPC on the statement of Mamta D/o Sh Tara Chand VPO Ranol Tehsil Chirgaon alleging therein that on 22.07.2016  alleging therein that on 22.07.2016 at about 4:00 PM a vehicle No HP-10A-4673  hit a women namely Gujri W/o Charan R/o Ranol Near Ranol due to rash and negligent driving Sandeep Kumar S/o niharu  r/o hounchali tehsil Chirgaon Gujri died at CH Rohru. The case is being investigated by PS Chirgaon
6. A wrongful Restraint case FIR N0 70/16 has been registered at PS Rorhu on  22.07.2016 U/S 323, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh Dev Raj S/O  Lt. Sh.  Tilak Raj R/O VPO Karasa Teh Rohru Distt Shimla H.P  alleging therein that on 22.07.2016 when he was  working in his field with his labourers at Bahli Rohru  at about 5:45 PM some persons namely  Biku,Tinu, or Santosh and Lokinder came there and beaten him brutally and the also  threatened him with dire consequences . In this incident he sustained injuries .The case is being investigated by HC Ashish I/O PS Rohru.  
7. A criminal breach of trust case FIR No. 182/16 has been registered at PS West on 22.07.2016 U/S 406 IPC on the statement of Sh Krishan Chand S/o Late Sh Dina Nath village Bharoi P/o Rodi Tehsil and Distt Shimla alleging therein that  he and a person namely Ajay Arora had opened a construction farm at Banuti and they also took a room on rent there. He kept his identification papers at that room which they took on rent. His partner Ajay has misused his Identification papers and land Papers and Cheques. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PP Jatog.
8.  A Wrongful Restraint case FIR NO 86/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 22.07.2016 U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the statement of Govind Ram R/o village Firnu Tehsil Kumarsain  alleging therein that on 22.07.2016 he was going to his home on the way a person namely Naresh S/o Daulat Ram, Daulat s/o Hari Dutt and Reena Devi obstructed his way and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Jawahar PP Narkanda.
9. An HP Instruments Control Noises Act case FIR 87/16 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 22.07.2016 US 188 IPC 06 of HP Instruments Control Noises Act 1969 on the rukka of HC Dinesh I/O PS New Shimla alleging therein that on 22.07.2016 a person Namely Pritam Singh Kanwer S/o Sh Gulag Singh R/o village Kalawang P/o Bewaliya Tehsil and Distt Shimla was playing DJ And his music System at Community Hall  Sector-2 New Shimla after 10 o'clock.This is the violation of order of District Magistrate and  HP Instruments Control Noises Act 1969 . The case is being investigated by HC Dinesh I/O PS New Shimla.
10. During last 24 hours 484 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded =237  & fine realized Rs. 75,600 /- and 77 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8,300/-

 

Follow Up

1. Accused Jitender S/o Sh Sohan Lal R/o Kenarworth Kothi near KNH Shimla and  accused Mahinder Singh S/o Sh Roop Lal Negi R/o village Sangla P/o Recongpeo  Distt Kinnour arrested in case FIR No 83/16 U/S 454, 380 IPC PS New on dated 14.07.2016 Shimla at New Shimla  Accused Mahinder Singh is on Police remand up to 25.07.2016 and Accused Jitender will be produced before Ld court, tomorrow.

2. Accused Rajesh Sharma S/o Sh  Krishan Dutt R/o Vill Dhinguli PO Kingal Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla Age 43 years arrested in case FIR No 31/16 dated 13-3-16 U/S 403,409 IPC at PS Kumarsain is on Police Remand up to 26.07.2016.

3. Accused i) Vakiludeen S/o Sh. Hussain R/o B-481, Jahangeerpuri, Delhi, ii) Jagbeer Yadav S/o Sh. Bheem Singh Yadav R/o House No. 1994K, Block Jahangeerpuri, Delhi and iii) Rajesh S/o Sh. Om Prakash R/o Flat No. 107, Metro Apartment, Jahangeerpuri, Delhi, arrested in case FIR No. 77/16 U/S 420 IPC at PS Kumarsain, are on police remand upto 27.07.2016.
