Crime Report on July 19, 2016

1. A Trespass case FIR No. 84/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 19.07.2016 U/S 451 323 504 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Panna Lal Dharma S/o Lt. Sh. Shiv Ram R/o Village Melan, Sub- Tehsil Kotgarh, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on the intervening night of 18.07.2016, his son-in-law namely Kishori Lal S/o Sh. Manu Ram R/o Jaghori, PO Chandi Branda, Tehsil Rampur criminally trespassed in his house, beaten him brutally & threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Raj, I/O P)S Kumarsain.
2. During last 24 hours 446 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 206 & fine realized Rs. 68,100/- and 68 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 7,250/-
