Crime Report on July 25, 2016

1. Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No. 184/16 has been registered at PS West on 24.07.2016 U/S 336,337 IPC on the statement  Smt Rita w/o Sh Baldev Raj R/o H.No 54 Kullwari Gate Ram Das Nagar Amritsar division C Distt Amritsar alleging therein that on 24.07.2016 she alongwith her husband was coming to Shimla from Chandigarh in Bus No PB65AA-7942. When the bus reached near Tutikandi Bypass, her husband asked the driver to stop the bus. But Bus driver Kewal Krishan drive the bus with rash and negligently due to which her husband fell down from the bus, caused sustain injuries to him. The case is being investigated by Amrinder singh I/O PS West.

2. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 63/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 25.07.2016 U/S 341 323 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Sushila Devi W/o Sh. Dalip Singh R/o Village Gasso, PO Jhakri, Shimla stated therein that on 24.07.2016 at about 09-00PM, her husband Dalip Singh obstructed her way and beaten her brutally. The case is being investigated by HHC Inder Singh, I/O PS Jhakri.

3. During last 24 hours 286 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 113  & fine realized Rs. 49,100 /- and 43 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 4600/-

   Inquest Report

1. Deceased Kamli Devi W/o Sh. Mansukh R/o Village Kinfi PO Koot, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, age about 95 years has been died due to fall at Lamba Pathar near Kinfi in the jurisdiction of PS Jhakri, while she going to her daughter's house at Koot on 19.07.2016.

1. Accused i) Jitender S/o Sh Sohan Lal R/o Kenarworth Kothi near KNH Shimla and ii) Mahinder Singh S/o Sh Roop Lal Negi R/o village Sangla P/o Recongpeo  Distt Kinnour arrested in case FIR No 83/16 U/S 454, 380, 411 IPC PS New Shimla at PS New Shimla, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.  

2. Accused Rajesh Sharma S/o Sh  Krishan Dutt R/o Vill Dhinguli PO Kingal Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla Age 43 years arrested in case FIR No 31/16 Dt. 13.03.2016 U/S 403,409 IPC at PS Kumarsain is on Police Remand up to 26.07.2016.

3. Accused i) Vakiludeen S/o Sh. Hussain R/o B-481, Jahangeerpuri, Delhi, ii) Jagbeer Yadav S/o Sh. Bheem Singh Yadav R/o House No. 1994K, Block Jahangeerpuri, Delhi and iii) Rajesh S/o Sh. Om Prakash R/o Flat No. 107, Metro Apartment, Jahangeerpuri, Delhi, arrested in case FIR No. 77/16 U/S 420 IPC at PS Kumarsain, are on police remand upto 27.07.2016.
