Crime Report on July 17, 2016

1. A Grievous injury case FIR No. 178/16 has been registered at PS West on 16.07.2016 U/S 325,323,506,34 IPC on the statement of Sh Tek Cand Sharma S/o Sh Durga Dass R/o Puran Niwas Totu Shimla alleging therein that on 16.07.2016 a person namely Vijay kumar beaten him brutally he also threatened him dire consequences . The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/O PS West.  
2. An Accident case FIR No 61/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Pradhan Gram Panchyat Graon alleging therein that one A/F vehicle (Bolero) met with an accident at Barvi Dhank in which three  persons namely  Naresh Sharma S/O Late Sh. Devi Dutt. R/O Vill. Shalova age 45, Kaanso Devi W/O Late Sh. Devi Dutt R/O Shalova age 70 and Shewta D/O Sh. Layak Ram R/O Shalova age 23 died on spot and another three persons namely Mohit, Rajesh and Alka sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Kotkhai.
3. An Accident case FIR No.150/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 16.07.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh Het Ram village Madau P/o Bhaunt Tehsil and distt Shimla alleging therein that on 16.07.2016 a vehicle No HP03B0816 met with an accident in which one person namely Rakesh Kumar sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender I/O PP Lakkar Bazaar
4. An Accident case FIR No 118/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 16.07.2016  U/S 279,337  IPCon the statement of Sh Sher Singh S/o Sh Paras Ram  R/o Kamala P/o Dhamandari Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 16.07.2016  he was coming Shimla in his vehicle No HP09C-2646 . When he reached at Gallu near Temple at The same time one vehicle No HP09C-2432  came rashly from Shimla side and hit his vehicle in which he sustained injuries.The case is being investigated by ASI Rqam Singh I/C PP Fagu.
5. During last 24 hours 400vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 194 & fine realized Rs. 57,600/- and 51 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 5,750/-

1. Accused Karan Deep Verma S/o Sh.Kuldeep Kumar R/o S/221/148 Gali No 4-5 Vishnu Garden New Delhi at present 50/51 Second Floor Poker-2 Rohini Sec-25 New Delhi age 26 arrested in case FIR No 372/15 U/S 420,120 B IPC at  PS Dhalli, is further on Police Remand up to 18.07.2016.
