Crime Repot on April 16, 2016

1. An ND&PS Act case FIR No.95/16 has been registered at PS West on 15.04.16 U/S 22,29-61-85 ND&PS Act PS West on the rukka of ASI Ajeet Singh, I/O PS West Shimla alleging therein that on 15.04.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Annandale, Kaithu in Shimla. At about 03-30 PM, when they reached near Glen Curve, at the same time one vehicle No. Ch-03Q-6259 alongwith two persons namely Praduman Justa S/o Sh. Pratap Justa R/o Village Badeu, PO Panog, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, Age 36 years and Kinchit Justa S/o Sh. Kavinder Justa R/o Village Badeu, PO Panesh, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, intercepted by them. During search 20 bottles of Corex 100 ml. each & 299 Tablets of Nitrosun-10 from their possession. Accused Kinchit Justa run away from the spot and Accused Praduman Justa has been arrested by the police. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh, I/O PS West.

2. An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 35/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai 15.04.16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Kotkhai on the rukka of ASI Roshan Lal, I/C PP Baghi, Shimla alleging therein that on 15.04.2016. during patrolling alongwith staff at Gumma, he recovered 2.970 Kg. Charas from the possession of Kewal Ram S/o Sh. Moti Ram R/o Village Pab, PO Bhuzzal, Tehsil Rajgarh, Distt. Sirmaur, HP & Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o Village Pab, PO Buzzal, Tehsil Rajgarh, Distt. Sirmaur, HP. Both accused arrested and the case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal, I/C PP Baghi.

3. An ND&PS Act case FIR No 52/16 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 16.04.2016 U/S 15,20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Inder I/O PS New Shimla alleging therein that today on 16.04.2016 he alongwith staff was on Nakabandi duty on NH-22 at Vijay Nagar New Shimla. At about 3:45 AM, a vehicle No HP-63C-0775 driven by Arjun Thakur S/o Sh Om Prakesh Thakur R/o VPO Rajhana Tehsil and Distt Shimla, intercepted by them and recovered 920 gram Charas & 842 gram Chura post from his possession. Accused arrested and the case is being investigated by HC Inder I/O PS New Shimla.

4. A Cheating case FIR No. 96/16 has been registered at PS West today on 16.04.2016 U/S 420,34 IPC application of Sh. Ramesh S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Village Goro Kanawan, PO Shoghi, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is serving as Security Guard at Khabara Chowki, Shoghi Shimla. On 24.10.2015, he went to the PNB ATM at Shoghi to withdraw the money, where an unknown person was already present inside the ATM. He swapped the ATM card and commanded to withdraw the Rs. 2000/-, but the above amount was not withdrawal. He came out from the ATM and after sometime he received a message that Rs. 14000/- has been withdrawn from his account. On 15.04.2016, that  person namely Shahid S/o Sh. Abdul Kareem R/o Mubarikpur, Tehsil Punhana, Distt. Mewat Haryana has been caught from Shoghi Bazar. The case is being investigated by SI Ashish Semual,   

5. During last 24 hours 314 vehicles challaned under MV Act, compounded=142 & fine realized Rs. 40,400/- and 32 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs 3.200/-

Accused Gopal Singh S/o Sh Kali Ram R/o Village Dhandi Bagh PO Khatnol Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla, and Bharat Singh S/o Sh Bulaki Prasad R/o jarnail enclave flat No 20 ground floor Jirakpur Mohali Chandigarh arrested in case FIR No. 24/16 Dt. U/S 457, 380, 411 IPC at PS Sadar Shimla. Accused Gopal Singh is on Police Remand up to 17.04.2016 whereas accused Bharat Singh is on police remand upto 18.04.2016.   

2. Accused Rajesh Kumar Thakur S/o Sh Jugal Kishore villager Barwan P/o Basant Pur Tehsli Sarkaghat Distt Mandi age 32 years A/P R/O Rajta Niwas Sanjaouli Shimla arrested in case FIR No 80/16 Dt 14.04.2016 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar is on police remand upto 17.04.2016.

3. Accused Shahid S/o Sh. Abdul Kreem R/O Vill Mubarikpur P.O Puhana The. Puhana  Distt Nuhu Mewath Age 30 year (2) Nakib Khan S/O Sh. Maksood R/O Village Mundheta  P/o Puhana The. Puhana  Distt Nuhu Mewath Haryana  Age 30  years (3) Mohamad Irsad S/O Zakir Hussian R/O Vill papara P.O Puhana The. Puhana  Distt Nuhu Mewath Haryana  Age 24  years have been  arrested in case FIR No. 96/16 Dated 16.04.2016  U/S 420, 34 IPC at PS West, are on police remand upto 20.04.2016.

4. Accused Kewal Ram S/o Sh. Moti Ram R/o Village Pab, PO Bhuzzal, Tehsil Rajgarh, Distt. Sirmaur, HP & Rakesh Kumar S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o Village Pab, PO Buzzal, Tehsil Rajgarh, Distt. Sirmaur, HP arrested in case FIR No 35/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Kotkhai is on police remand upto 18.04.2016.

5. Accused Praduman Justa S/o Sh. Pratap Justa R/o Village Badeu, PO Panog, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, Age 36 years arrested in case FIR No 95/16 Dt 15.04.2016 U/S U/S 22,29-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West is on police remand upto 18.04.2016.

6. Accused Arjun Thakur S/o Sh Om Prakesh Thakur R/o VPO Rajhana Tehsil and Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 52/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS New Shimla is on police remand upto 18.04.2016.
