Crime Report on April 19,2016

1. An Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No 47/16 has been registered at PS East on 18.04.2016 U/S 336 IPC on the complaint of Sh Brij Lal S/o Sh Karam Chand R/o Hari Complex Dev Nagar Halpal Building Workers Dev Nagar Kasumpti Shimla-09 alleging therein that on 18.04.2016 a fat boy was running rashly on the road. A old person namely Durga Dass was walking on the road. Suddenly that fat boy felt upon the old man (Durga Dass).Due to this incident Derga Dass sustained injuries. This incident happened due to negligence of that fat boy. The case is being investigated by ASI  Chering  I/O PS PP Kasumpti.
2. An Accident case FIR No 37/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 19.04.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh rohit Kumar S/o Sh Ramesh Kumar R/o MijPur Khadrdar P/o Sodan Pur Tehsil Chande Pur Distt Bijnour U.P A/P C/o Sh Vijay Sharma Machine Shop at Bagra Gumma Kotkhai alleging therein that today he was coming towards Bhagi Kanchi in vehicle No HP 09A 1900 Alto Car, driven by Monu S/o Sh Ved Prakesh R/o Samora P/o Gopal Pur Bijnour. At about 9:35 AM when they reached near road bifurcate to Bhagi above vehicle met with an Accident due to the rash & Negligent driving of  Monu sustained injuries to all person sitting inside. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal I/O PA Kotkhai.   
3. During last 24 hours 367 vehicles challaned under MV Act, compounded=157 & fine realized Rs. 51,400/- and 54 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs 5,700/-

1. Accused Gopal Singh S/o Sh Kali Ram R/o Village Dhandi Bagh PO Khatnol Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla, and Bharat Singh S/o Sh Bulaki Prasad R/o jarnail enclave flat No 20 ground floor Jirakpur Mohali Chandigarh arrested in case FIR No. 29/16 Dt.110.02.2016  U/S 457, 380, 411 IPC at PS Sadar Shimla are being produced before Ld Court tomorrow.
2. Accused Shahid S/o Sh. Abdul Kreem R/O Vill Mubarikpur P.O Puhana The. Puhana  Distt Nuhu Mewath Age 30 year (2) Nakib Khan S/O Sh. Maksood R/O Village Mundheta  P/o Puhana The. Puhana  Distt Nuhu Mewath Haryana  Age 30  years (3) Mohamad Irsad S/O Zakir Hussian R/O Vill papara P.O Puhana The. Puhana  Distt Nuhu Mewath Haryana  Age 24  years have been  arrested in case FIR No. 96/16 Dated 16.04.2016  U/S 420, 34 IPC at PS West, are on police remand upto 20.04.2016.
3. Accused (1) Praduman Justa S/o Sh. Pratap Justa R/o Village Badeu, PO Panog, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, Age 36 years & (2) Kinchit Justa S/o Sh. Kavinder R/o Village Badeau, PO Panog, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, age 26 years,  arrested in case FIR No 95/16 Dt 15.04.2016 U/S U/S 22,29-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West is on police remand upto 20.04.2016
4. Accused Arjun Thakur S/o Sh Om Prakesh Thakur R/o VPO Rajhana Tehsil and Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 52/16 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS New Shimla  sent to Judicial custody up to 23.04.2016 by the Ld Court.
5. Proclaimed Offender Hem Raj S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Village & PO Tikkari, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 25 years, arrested in case FIR No. 93/09 Dt. 06.06.2009 U/S 379, 511, 427, 34 IPC at PS Sadar sent to judicial remand up to 22.04.2016 by Ld court  
6. Accused Rajinder Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Tikkam Singh R/o Village Julli, PO Labana, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, age 33 years, arrested in case FIR No. 34/16 Dt. 17.04.2016 U/S 306 IPC at PS Jhakri is on Police remand up to 20.04.2016.
7. Accused Vinay Kumar S/o Sh. Hari Kishan R/o house no 733/7 Samrala Chowk, Thana Division No-6 Ludhiana Punjab age 27 years has been arrested in case fir no. 48/16 Dt 27.03.2016  U/S 457,380 IPC at PS New Shimla on dated 18.04.2016 is being produced before Ld Court, today.
