An Excise FIR No 102/16 has been registered at PS West today on 29.04.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of HC Suresh I/O PS West alleging therein that on 28.04.2016, he along with staff was on Nakabandi duty near Cow Shed on Nalagarh Road near Totu, Shimla. At about 11:45 PM a vehicle No HP-62-2270, driven by Himender S/o Sh Vidya Dutt village Kot P/o Sadhu Pul Tehsil & Distt Shimla, stopped by them for checking and recovered 15 boxes of country liquor from inside the vehicle under his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh I/O PS West.
An Excise case FIR No 18/16 has been registered at PS Sunni today on 29.04.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO Tavender Singh, PS Sunni, Shimla alleging therein that on 29.04.2016 at 07:00 AM, on the secret information he searched the house of Tota Ram S/o Sh Mast Ram R/0 VPO Basantpur Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla and recovered 120 Bottles of country Liquor marka Himachal Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Tevender Singh, SHO PS Sunni .
An Accident case FIR No 85/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 29.04.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Anil Kumar S/o Sh Madan Singh VPO Barach Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 29.04.2016 at about 11.30 AM he was going towards Khaneri in M/Cycle No CH-01AD-3541 which was driven by his friend Nawal Kishor, when above M/Cycle reached near Khaneri one pickup No HP-06B-3337 which was driven by Ashok Kumar S/o Sh Surjeet Singh came from Khaneri side and collided with his M/Cycle. In this accident, he and Naval Kishor sustained injuries. This accident occur due to rash & negligent driving of the driver of Pick Up. The case is being investigated by HC Susheel No 156 IO TTR Ramour Bsr.
An Accident case FIR No 20/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 29.04.2016 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the Statement of Sh. Deepak Kumar S/O Sh. Parmod Singh R/O Vill. Sari PO Hatkoti Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla age 25 years stated therein that today on dated 29.04.2016 at 8:30 AM the complainant Deepak and his friends namely Nitish Kumar, Ankit Kumar, Bavit @ Bantu and Sh. Khushi Ram uncle were going to play Cricket Match at Village Sundali Jubbal in the Maruti car No HP03-0446. Nitish Kumar S/o Prittam Singh R/o Village Sari PO Hatkoti was driving the car. At about 9:20 AM when we reach Kaina Kenchi near Santoshi Nagar driver Nitish Kumar suddenly lost control over the vehicle and the car fell down from the road. In this accident case one girl namely Ruchika who was standing in the road, Car hit her after then car fell down from the road. In this incident the complainant Deepak Kumar, Ankit, Bavit, Driver Nitish Kumar and Ruchika who was standing on the got injuries and Uncle Khushi Ram died at the spot.
A Mischief by injury to works of irrigation or by wrongfully diverting water case FIR No 65/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 28.04.2016 U/S 430, 506, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Manoj Chadha R/o Village Bakhog, Dadas Panchayat R/o VPO Cheog ,Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 18.04.2016, two persons namely Ravinder and Jai Ram illegally broken the supply of water pipe in his orchard and threatened him with dire consequences.The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh I/C PP Fagu.
A Theft case FIR No 117/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 28.04.2016 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh Puneet Sharma S/o Sh Rakesh Sharma R/o Krishan Dev Building Dhalli Shimla alleging therein that on 27.04.2016, some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle No PB11AW-7447 (Mahindra Thar) parked on road side at Dhalli Bazaar. The case is being investigated by SI Kewal Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
A Cheating case FIR No 86/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 29.04.2016 U/S 415,420,120-B IPC on the complaint of Sh Gur Dass S/o Sh Sagar Dass Village Daklor Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that two persons namely Jai Lal & Rattan Lal have sold him four bricks worth Rs. 10 lacs by saying that these are made of gold. But when he checked, those bricks were found of gold & cheated him. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS Rampur.
A Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant case FIR No 53/16 has been registered at PS East on 29.04.2016 U/S 188 IPC on the rukka of SI/SHO PS East Dharm Sain Negi alleging therein that today on 29.04.2016 he along with staff was on law & order duty at Chotta Shimla Bazaar. At about 12.05 PM, workers of CITU under the leadership of Sh. Chander Kant and Pawan Kumar gathered near the gate of H.P Secretariat and shouted slogans against the State Government and District Administration of Kinnaur and violated the section 144 CrPC. Five persons namely Chander Kant , Pawan Kumar, Prem Singh, Vinod, Subash Rana, have arrested and released on personal/surety bond. The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain SHO PS East.
During last 24 hours 439 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 139 & fine realized Rs. 68,400/-and 42 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs.= 4,700/-

Deceased Prittam Singh S/o Sh. Sunder Singh R/o village Ninvi P/o Ganvi Tehsil Rampur District Shimla HP age 29 years rolled down 300 meters from main path and got injuries in head and died on spot . Postmortem conducted at PHC Ganvi and dead body handed over to his relatives for crimination. However proceeding u/s 174 crpc is being carried out

Accused Gopal Singh S/o Sh Kali Ram R/o Village Dhandi Bagh PO Khatnol Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla, arrested today in case FIR No. 50/16 U/S 457 380 IPC at PS West. He will be produced before Ld. Court tomorrow.
Accused Vijay Kumar S/o Sh. Bal Ram R/O Village Near High School Babyal P.O Bayal PS West Mahesh Nagar Teh. Ambala Distt Ambala Haryana Age 40 years arrested in case FIR No. 98/16 Dt. 26.04.2016 U/S 454, 380,511 IPC at PS West, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.
Accused Sunil Randhawa S/o Lt. Sh. Gogi R/o Balmiki Colony, Ward No. 20, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, age 32 years, arrested today in case FIR No. 108/12 Dt. 20.07.2012 U/S 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC at PS Sadar, is on police remand upto 02.05.2016.
