A Grievous Injury case FIR No 38/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 20.04.2016 U/S 325 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Brinda W/o Sh. Sanjeev Kumar R/O Village Shekhal PO Pujarli No. 4 Tehsil & PS Rohru, Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 19.04.2016, her husband Sanjeev Kumar beaten him brutally. On this, she was medically examined at Civil Hospital Rohru and on 20.04.2016, Medical Officer has given grievous injury to her in his final opinion. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain I/O PS Rohru.
During last 24 hours 468 vehicles challaned under MV Act, compounded=122 & fine realized Rs. 46,700/- and 48 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs 5,400/-

- Accused Gopal Singh S/o Sh Kali Ram R/o Village Dhandi Bagh PO Khatnol Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla, and Bharat Singh S/o Sh Bulaki Prasad R/o jarnail enclave flat No 20 ground floor Jirakpur Mohali Chandigarh arrested in case FIR No. 29/16 Dt. 11.02.2016 U/S 457, 380, 411 IPC at PS Sadar, are on Police remand upto 22.04.2016
- Accused Vinay Kumar S/o Sh. Hari Kishan R/o house no 733/7 Samrala Chowk, Thana Division No-6 Ludhiana Punjab age 27 years has been arrested in case fir no. 48/16 Dt 27.03.2016 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS New Shimla, today sent to judicial remand for one day by the trail court.
