Crime Report on April 20,2016

1. A Cheating case FIR No. 37/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 19.04.2016 U/S 420, 468, 471, 120B IPC on the Inquiry Report of ASI Kamal Nain I/O PS Rohru stated therein that during inquiry of complaint No RHU/RDR/2016-507 office of the SDM Rohru, it has come to notice that in the year 1997-98, Ramesh Chand or his other family members had applied for the construction of water tank and got subsidy of Rs 5000/- by cheating and fraudulently with the help of employees of Soil Conservation Department. Case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain I/O PS Rohru.

2. An Accident case FIR No 23/16 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 20.04.2016 U/S 279,337,304A on the rukka of ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 19.04.2016 at 8:00 PM a vehicle No HP-10-2424 Maruti car met with an accident near Tikkri (Luchhi) Tehsil Chirgaon due to rash and negligent driving of driver Puran Singh S/o Sh. Gautam Lal VPO Tikkri Tehsil Chirgaon. In this Accident Puran Singh injured and his wife Smt Surta Bala age 41 years died at CH Rohru. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.

3. During last 24 hours 343 vehicles challaned under MV Act, compounded=149 & fine realized Rs. 59,000/- and 74 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs 7,600/-

Accused Gopal Singh S/o Sh Kali Ram R/o Village Dhandi Bagh PO Khatnol Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla, and Bharat Singh S/o Sh Bulaki Prasad R/o jarnail enclave flat No 20 ground floor Jirakpur Mohali Chandigarh arrested in case FIR No. 29/16 Dt.110.02.2016  U/S 457, 380, 411 IPC at PS Sadar are on Police remand up to 22.04.2016

2. Accused Shahid S/o Sh. Abdul Kreem R/O Vill Mubarikpur P.O Puhana The. Puhana  Distt Nuhu Mewath Age 30 year (2) Nakib Khan S/O Sh. Maksood R/o Village Mundheta  P/o Puhana The. Puhana  Distt Nuhu Mewath Haryana  Age 30  years (3) Mohamad Irsad S/O Zakir Hussian R/O Vill papara P/o Puhana The. Puhana  Distt Nuhu Mewath Haryana  Age 24  years have been  arrested in case FIR No. 96/16 Dated 16.04.2016  U/S 420, 34 IPC at PS West, released on bail by the Ld Court.

3. Accused (1) Praduman Justa S/o Sh. Pratap Justa R/o Village Badeu, PO Panog, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, Age 36 years & (2) Kinchit Justa S/o Sh. Kavinder R/o Village Badeau, PO Panog, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, age 26 years,  arrested in case FIR No 95/16 Dt 15.04.2016 U/S U/S 22,29-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West sent to judicial custody by the Ld Court up to 30.04.2016

4. Accused Rajinder Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Tikkam Singh R/o Village Julli, PO Labana, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, age 33 years, arrested in case FIR No. 34/16 Dt. 17.04.2016 U/S 306 IPC at PS Jhakri sent to judicial custody by the Ld Court.

5. Accused Vinay Kumar S/o Sh. Hari Kishan R/o house no 733/7 Samrala Chowk, Thana Division No-6 Ludhiana Punjab age 27 years has been arrested in case fir no. 48/16 Dt 27.03.2016  U/S 457,380 IPC at PS New Shimla on dated is on Police remand up to 21.04.2016.
