An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 80/16 has been registered at PS Sadar on 14.04.16 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Ravinder Chaudhary No 80 I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that on 14.04.2016, he along with staff was on patrolling duty Near Rajoot Hotel. At about 04-00 PM, one person namely Rajesh Kumar Thakur S/o Sh Jugal Kishore villager Barwan P/o Basant Pur Tehsli Sarkaghat Distt Mandi age 32 years A/P R/O Rajta Niwas Sanjaouli Shimla intercepted by them and recovered 100 capsules of Nitrosun-10 (Restricted Medicine) from his possession. Accused arrested and the case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Chaudhary No 80 I/O PS Sadar
A Burglary case FIR No 17/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 14.04.2016 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Rajesh Kumar Kanta Secretary Gram Panchyat Khund Newal Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night on 11/12.04.2016 some unknown person stolen away one gas cylinder gas stove & two boxes of tiles from the Gram Panchyat Bhawn Khund Newal. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand PS Nerwa.
A Grievous Injury case FIR No 61/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 14.04.2016 U/S 325,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Vinay Sarkaik R/o village Gawai P/O Sandhu Tahsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 14.04.2016 some persons namely Mahender Verma ,Nishu Verma and Mohan Lal Verma beaten him brutally and broke his front theeth.They also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar I/O PS Theog.
A Mischief by fire case FIR No.78/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 14.04.2016 U/S 435,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kulwant Singh S/o Rajinder Singh Village Sharan Teh. Rampur Distt. Shimla alleged that on 14.04.2016 one Nepali namely Raju Bhandari S/O Chitra Bhandari A/P Residing C/o Mohan Singh village Jarasi blowen Fire in his under construction house and also damaging 100 Plastic carets,newly built doors,windows etc. He also threatened him with dire consequence.The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal I/O PP Taklech.
An Accident case FIR No 77/16 has been registered at PS Rampur U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Puran Chand R/o Pauwi Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu alleging therein that on 14.04.2016 one car No HP 35-3521 met with an accident near Nogli in which four persons sustained injuries.This accident happened due to rash and negligent driving of Rajender Kumar S/o Sh.Chet Ram Viliage Chakali P/o Kamand Tehsil Anni Distt. Kullu. The case is being investigated by HC Narjeev No 1673 I/O PS Rampur.
An Accident case FIR No 79/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 15.4.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Pinku Devi W/o Sh Bhau Ram R/O village Dohi P/o Badach Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 15.04.2016 near about 9:30 am when she was going towards Chekti in vehicle No HP0-6A-3401 along with some children namely Karan,Arjun,Sachin,Aariti ,Aaditya Meena Devi, Pardeepna, Reena when above van reached near Hiru Bag suddenly driver Jawahar lost controll over the vehicle and fell down from the hill and all person sustained injuries The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Tomer I/C PP Nankhari.
An Accident case FIR NO 62/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 15.04.2016 U/S 279,337 on the statement Sh Gyan Singh S/o Sh Layak Ram R/o village Banal P/o Chailla Tahsil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 15.04.2016 he took lift in a truck No PB-23F-0931 from Theog to Ghund along with his son. When they reached near Machine Dhank tis truck met with an accident in which they all sustained injuries.The case is being investigated by GC Ashok I/O PS Theog.
During last 24 hours 240 vehicles challaned under MV Act, compounded=123 & fine realized Rs. 38,500/- and 15 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs 1,500/-
Fire Incident
Today at about 9:30 AM Suddenly a fire incident happned at Village Ghetti in the house of Dhyan Singh Padam Singh, Durga Singh S/o Lt Sh Hira Chand And D/O Lt Sh Hira Chand Miss Prabha devi S R/o Vill Ghetti P/o pharal tehsil and P.S Kumarsain , In which 33 room's has burnt. Fire controlled by use of power Spray Machine and combined efforts of villagers. Cause of Fire seems due to leakage of LPG Gas Cylinder. One person namely Jiya Lal S/o Ram Singh Age 41 years, village Gheti tehsil Kumarsain sustained injuries in this incident.

Accused Raju Bhandri S/o Chitra Bhandri R/o Ramghat Wardno 5 Chionchu Distt Surket Napel A/P C/o Mohan Singh R/O Jarashi Po Narain Distt Shimla HP arrested in case FIR No 78/16 dt. 14.04.2016 U/S 435,506 IPC PS Rampur sent to Judicial remand by Ld Court.
