An Injury by Sharp Weapon case FIR No.113/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 18.04.2016 US 341, 324, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Neeraj Gupta S/o Lt. Sh. K.K. Gupta R/o Gupta Niwas, below Sidharth Enclave, near Children Park, Sanjauli, Shimla, age 49 years stated therein that he is contractor by profession. On 17.04.2016 at about 08-15PM, he was going to home from Children Park Sanjauli, where some boys/girls were smoking. When he stopped them for smoking in public place, they beaten him brutally and attacked on his head by sharp weapon. The case is being investigated by HC Vinay Kumar, I/O PP Sanjauli, Shimla.
During last 24 hours 227 vehicles challaned under MV Act, compounded=91 & fine realized Rs. 29,800/- and 57 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs 6,000/-
Inquest Report
An unidentified dead body of a male person of age about 35 to 40 years found near dawndale Fagli in the jurisdiction of PS Sadar. Postmortem will be conducted at IGMC Shimla.
