Crime Report on April 13,2016

1. An Excise Act case FIR No 60/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 12.04.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla alleging therein that on 12.04.2016 he was on patrolling duty towards Mahori ,Kaland along with staff. When they reached near Kalind a person namely Rajesh Singh S/o Sh Duni Chand R/o village Khash Dhar P/o Kalind Tehsil Theog distt Shimla intercepted by them and recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP Chailla .  
2. An Accident case FIR 18/2016 has been registered at PS Chopal on 12.04.2016 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Devinder Kumar S/o Sh. Sohan Singh village Shitna P/o  Dhabas Teh and Police Station Chopal District Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2016 at about 7.00 pm when he was in his field at the same time one person namaly Naresh Kumar S/o Roshan Lal R/o Shitna was going to his field on  his moter cycle and lost his control over the M/cycle met with an accident in which he sustained injuries.The case is being investigating by HC Dalip Singh I/O PS Chopal.
3. An Accident case FIR No 18/16 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 12.04.2016 US 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Prince S/o Sh Harpal R/o village Drads P/o Adahal Tehsil Rorhu Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 12.04.2016 a motorcycle No PB-10CM-7132 Pulsar met with an Accident in which one person Namely Rahul died on the spot and two persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh I/O PS Jubbal.
4. A  Rioting case FIR No 110/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 12.04.2016 U/S 147,148,323,341 IPC on the statement of Raju S/o Sh Bala Ram village Chikhar P/o Satlai Sub Tehsil Junga Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 11.04.2016 a person namely Sant Ram S/o Sh Matha Ram blocked his way and beaten him brutally along with Sant Ram ,Narda ,Man Singh Satpal Amar Singh Sewak Ram villagers of village Chakkar.They also Threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigating by  HC Virender Kumar I/O PP Junga.
5. A Cheating case FIR 111/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 12.04.2016 U/S 420,506,120B IPC on the application of  Sh Narender  Kanwer S/o Sh Kali Ram Kanwer Shop No 9 APMC Market Shimla -12 alleging therein that in the year of 2015 he sold his apple Boxes of worth Rs 02,35,29,426 to KS Fruit Company Fruit marchent and commission Agent, Chhajur, Trishur Distt Kerla -680571 .This company"s Manager Gopal Krishan Paid  Rs 2,10,39,400  to  Sh Narender Kanwer but he did not pay his balance amount Rs 74,90,026 to him.  When he called to Manager of this this company for balance payment he threatened him with dire consequences.  The case is being investigated by SI Tapender I/O PS Dhalli.
6. A Trespass case FIR No 44/16 has been registered at PS East on 12.04.2016 U/S 451,323 IPC on the statement of Neha Bhatia D/O Sh. Lokesh Bhatia  R/O  The Pines Shimla-2  alleging therein that on 12.04.2016 one women namely  Mrs Sharma entered in  her house and beaten her brutally. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh I/O PS East.
7. During last 24 hours 491 vehicles challaned under MV Act, compounded=140 & fine realized Rs. 52,900/- and 59 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs 5,900/-

Inquest Report

1. Deceased Anil S/o Sh Lakhi Ram R/o village VPO Peja Tehsil Chrgaon Distt Shimla age 36 years, today found dead at Chirgaon Bazaar. His postmortem is being conducted at CH Chirgaon

2. Deceased Vinit Kumar  S/o Sh Desh Raj Sharma VPO Bari Tehsil Baldwara Distt Mandi age 21 years who was the student of 6^th semester (B.tech Mechanical ) in Bells institute at Mahli and Resided at Bhardwaj Niwas Mehli fell down from  3^rd  floor of above building. He brought to IGMC Shimla for treatment, where doctors declared dead.  After conducted  autopsy his dead body handed over to his parents for cremation.

1. Accused Gopal Singh S/o Sh Kali Ram R/o Village Dhandi Bagh PO Khatnol Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla, arrested today in case FIR No. 24/16 Dt. U/S 457,380 IPC at PS Sadar Shimla is on Police Remand up to 17.04.2016
2. Accused Ramesh Rana S/o Lt. Sh. Surat Singh Rana R/o Village Surajpur near Railway Station Distt. Pinjaur, Haryana, age 34 years arrested in case FIR No 79/16 Dt. 11.04.2016  U/S 22-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Sadar sent to Judicial custody by Ld Court.
3. Accused Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh Prem Kumar R/o N. No 3 MC quarter Krishna Nagar Shimla Proclaimed Offender in case FIR No 281/07 U/S 279,337,338 IPC has been arrested on 11.03.2016 at PS Sadar sent to Judicial custody by Ld Court.
