Assault on Public Servant during discharge of Govt. duty case FIR No. 32/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 08.04.2016 U/S 353 332 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Inder Singh S/o Sh. Paras Ram R/o Village Gharvasda PO Balhada Teshil Sarkaght, Distt. Mandi alleging stated therein that he is serving as Conductor in HTRC Reckongpeo Depot. On 08.04.2016, he was on duty in Bus No. HP-38-9918, on the route from Reckong Peo to Delhi, driven by Ajay Kumar. When they reached at Jhakri Bazar, at the same time two persons namely Bhupesh Kumar & Sanju Chauhan (both driver & conductor of Bus No. CH-04H-6056) alongwith Sachin Mehta came out from the bus, scuffle with him during discharge govt. duty and beaten him brutally. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Jhakri.
A Fire Incident case FIR No. 33/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on 08.04.2016 U/S 285 IPC on the application of Sh. Roop Chand S/o Sh. Amar Chand R/o Village Thana (Devrighat) PO Tikkar, Tehsil Rohru, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that four day ago, one person namely Surjan Singh Papta was burning vain bushes in his own orchard and suddenly fire spread around the other orchard. In this fire incident, his 06 apple trees & wooden fencing wall burnt totally due to the negligence of Surjan Singh. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal, I/C PP Tikker, PS Rohru.
An Accident case FIR No. 37/16 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 08.04.2016 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Rama Nand R/o Village Khagshu, PO Luhri, Tehsil Anni, Distt. Kullu alleging therein that on 08.04.2016, he was near Police Picket at Sainj Chowk. At about 04-00 PM, one Maruti Car No. HP-63-5525 driven by Jitender Kumar, came rashly from Rampur side and hit with another vehicle No. HP-35C-7700, caused sustained injuries to 02 persons. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Chand, I/C PP Sainj.
A Copy Right Act case FIR No. 77/16 has been registered at PS Sadar today on 09.04.2016 U/S 63, 64 Copyright Act on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kaushik S/o Lt. Sh. Bhagat Ram Sharma R/o D-944, Khanpur, Delhi A/P Investigator in Protect I.P. Company stated therein that today his team conducted a raid in the shops of Sunshine Shop No. 3, Radhe Shyam Shop No. 144, Shimla Fancy Store & Nanak Chand & Sons at Lower Bazar Shimla and found that above shopkeepers are selling the duplicate products of Lakme company. The case is being investigated by SI Radhe Shyam, I/O PS Sadar.

Deceased Deep Kumar S/o Sh. Sukhchain Singh R/o Village & PO Jhakri, Distt. Shimla, age 22 years went for jogging and suddenly he fell down on the road due to heart attack. He was brought to MGMSC Hospital at Khaneri, Rampur, where doctor has declare him brought dead. His postmortem his being conducting at MGMSC Khaneri at Rampur.
Deceased Geetanjali D/o Sh. Devender Singh R/o Village Darvi, PO Khatnol, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla, age 20 years was doing Nursing Course from Shivalik Institute, Shimla & resided with her Aunt's (cqvk) house at Puran Cottage, Lower Dhalli, Shimla. Today she fell down from the 5th floor of above building and brought to IGMC Shimla for treatment, where doctor declare her brought dead. Her postmortem is being conducted at IGMC Shimla.
