1. An Excise Act Case FIR No 73/16 has been registered at PS Rampur on 05.04.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Karam Chand alleging therein that on dated 05.04.2016 at about 10.00 AM while he was patrolling along with staff in his jurisdiction he got a secret information that Smt Sharda W/O Vikram R/O Chuhabag was selling illegal liquor in her shop, on this information he raided in her Shop and recovered 05 liters country liquor from her possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Karam Chand I/O PS Rampur.
2. A Wrongful Restraint case FIR case No. 38/16 has been registered at PS East on 04.04.2016 U/S 341,323,504/34 IPC on the statement of Sh Vishal Kumar S/o Sh Parjeet Singh R/o village Bachadi P/o Moharsinghi Tehsil Ghumarin Distt Bilapur alleging therein that on 04.04.2016 he was on duty at APG University as a security guard. During his duty a person namely Ishan came there and parked his motorcycle at the front of gate when he stopped him. He along with his friends namely Mani & Rishal beaten him brutally and threaten him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Pramod I/O PP Kasumpti.
3. An Attempt to theft case FIR No 55/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 05.04.2016 U/S 379,511 IPC on the rukka of ASI Santokh Singh I/C PP Matyana alleging therein that he got information that a person was beneath the vehicle No CH-01TA-6042.On this information he went there and found that a person namely Sanjeev @ Sanju S/o sh Roop Lal village Jablana P/o Nanaba Tehsil Ghumarvin Distt Bilaspur A/P Mechanic Janog Ghat Theog was under the vehicle was died due to crush of vehicle's weight. He also found that above person went there with the intention to theft to vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Santokh Singh I/O PP Matyana
4. During last 24 hours 403 vehicles challaned under MV Act, compounded=182 & fine realized Rs.49,700/- and 14 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs 1,400/-

2. Accused Gopal Singh S/o Sh Kali Ram village Dhandi Bagh P/o Khatnol Tehsil Suni Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 48/16 date 27.03.2016 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS New Shimla is on Police remand up to 08.04.2016
3. Accused Deepak Kumar Sharma S/O Sh Mahidher Sharma R/O Vill. Sainj P/O Kirti Tehsil Kumarsain Distt Shimla arrested in case FIR No 336/15 U/S 420,465, 467, 468, 471 IPC at PS Sadar is on Police Remand up to 07.04.2016
