Crime Report on April 02,2016

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 76/16 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 01.04.2016 U/S 15-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of SI Tavender Singh Thakur I/O PS Dhalli alleging therein that on 01.04.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty on the road the leading towards Mashobra. At about 07-00 PM, when they reached near Bifurcation to village Bhekhalti, where one HRTC Bus No. HP-06A-6199 was parked on roadside, in which two persons namely Driver Ravinder and conductor Rajender Kumar were sat inside the bus. During search, 500 gram Churapost recovered from the possession of Rajender Kumar S/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village Banaidi, PO & PS Arki, Distt. Solan A/P Conductor in HRTC Rampur Depot accused arrested and the  case is being investigated by SI Tavender Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.

2. An Excise case FIR No. 30/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 01.04.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act  on the rukka of ASI Sher Singh Negi, I/O PS Jhakri alleging therein that on 01.04.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling. At about 07-25 PM, on the secret information he searche the shop of Uday Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Village bashara, PO Kartot, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla and recovered 06 Bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Sher Singh, I/O PS Jhakri.    

3. An Excise Act case FIR No. 29/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 01.04.2016 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Dharam Sain, SHO PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 01.04.2016, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Chamain & Ratnari. At about 05-30 PM, when they reached at Ratnari, he recovered 33 Bottles of Country liquor Marka Himachal No. 1 from the possession of Pahal Bahadur S/o Sh. Nar Bahadur R/o Pachawang, PO Sonikuna, Tehsil Liwang, dIstt. Rolpa A/P Chikken Shop at Ratnari Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI Dharam Sain, SHO PS Kotkhai.  

4. A Wrongful Restraint & Crimainal Intimidation case FIR No. 17/16 has been registered at PS Sunni on 01.04.2016 U/S 341 323 504 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Het Ram S/o SH. Besar Dass R/o Village Shawali, PO Sainj, Tehsil Sunni, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 31.03.2016, one person namely Hira Lal alongwith his sons namely Manohar Lal, Tek Chand, Ravinder have obstructed his way, abused him and beaten him brutally. The Case is being investigated by HC Vinod Kumar, I/O PS Sunni.

5. A Rioting case FIR No. 51/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 01.04.2016 U/S 147, 149, 341 323 504 506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Baldev S/o Sh. Sita Ram Verma R/o Village Mihana, PO Chanair, Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 31.03.2016, he went to Sainj Bazar and drink alcohol alongwith his friends. After that he went to the Dhaba at Lailupul, for taking the dinner, where four persons namely Sanju Haita, Suresh Haita, Rajesh Haita & Daleep Chandel were watching the cricket match in Television. He ordered them for dinner, but they refused to give him food, abuse and beaten him. After that his cousin brothers namely Vineet Verma & Micheal Verma reached there, but above persons also beaten them with rods and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PP Chhaila, PS Theog.

6. A House Trespass case FIR No. 52/16 has been registered at PS Theog on 01.04.2016 U/S 451 323 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Haita S/o Sh. Roshan Haita R/o Village Madog, PO Sainj, Tehsil Theog, Shimla alleging therein that he is running a dhaba at Lailupul since last 20 years. on 31.03.2016 at about 10-15 PM, 03 persons one of them was Babloo @ Don came in his dhaba and asked his servant for drinking the alcohol. When his servant refuse them to drink alcohol in the dhaba, they become aggressive and beaten his servant brutally. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand, I/C PP Chhaila.

7. During last 24 hours 356 vehicles challaned under MV Act, compounded=119 & fine realized Rs.40,400/- and 20 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs 2,000/-

1. Accused Deep Ram S/o Late Sh. Jeeva Nand R/O Divya Nagar Totu Distt. Shimla H.P. age 56 years (2)  Mehar Singh S/O Sh. Luiya Ram R/O Village Kulah P.O. Madhol Tehsil Tyuni Distt. Dehradun U.K. age 45 years arrested in case FIR No. 83/16 on 25.03.2016 U/S 18,20,29 ND & PS Act at PS West are on Police remand up to 04.04.2016.

2. Accused  Billu Ram S/o Surjeet Singh R/o Johdo P/o Paruwala Tehsil Paunta Sahib Distt Sirmour  age 36 arrested in case FIR No 85/16 dated 28.03.2016 U/S 420,34 IPC  by .S.I. Ashish Samual I/O P.S West released on bail by Ld Court.

3. Acused Rajender Kumar S/o Sh. Dhani Ram R/o Village Banaidi, PO & PS Arki, Distt. Solan A/P Conductor in HRTC Rampur Depot arrested in case FIR No 76/16 dated 01.04.2016 PS Dhalli IS on Police remand upto 03.04.2016.
