1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 03/15 is registered at PS Jhakri today i.e. on 03.01.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Sher Singh Negi, that today he Along with staff was on patrolling at about 4.00 PM, on the secret information, he searched the Rehri ¼jsM+h½ of Fur Lamo W/O Sh. Jambo Sherpa R/O Beani -5 Sol Khumbu Nepal A/P Near Rehri Market Jhakri and recovered 06 bottles of illicit liquors from her possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Sher Singh Negi, IO PS Jhakri.

2. A Burglary Case FIR No.01/15 Dated 04-01-2015 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered at PS East on the complaint of Smt. Neerja Gupta W/O Sh. Suresh Gupta R/O Set No.22 Type IV Near Rani Ground Mehli that she was out of station with her family. When she came back on 02-01-15 found that the glass and grill of ventilator was broken by some one. The following items were stolen by unknown person, CCTV camera , Intex music player, pen drive sandisk 4 G.B, Laptop Toshiba , Scientific calculator , Artificial jewellery gold plated and some money, bags jacket blankets etc. Case Investigated by HC Naresh Kumar NO.86 I/O PAR Mehli Shimla.

1. Deceased Thaman Singh S/O Sh. Dil Bahadur R/O Chunni Bhagar, Tehsil Kotkhai, District Shimla, HP was brought to DDU-ZH for treatment by his friend namely Lilu Thapa where he died.

2. An Unidentified male dead body, age about 45/50 years found near I.S.B.T. Shimla. Who worn black pent, black shoes, black Jacket & brown sweater. He looks like Nepali. His dead body has been taken to IGMC, Shimla for postmortem.

3. One deceased Male  Manoj Bhati S/o Sh. Fateh Sing Bhatti R/o VPO Bagpur Tehsil &Distt. Palwal Haryana Age 30yrs found dead in the hotel of Firhill Near 103 Shimla  

4. One deceased Male Ram Bhadur Gorkha age about 70 found dead in his Dhara At Gainj Bazar Shimla Dead body has been sent to IGMC For post mortem

5. During last 24 hours Total 110 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total challan compounded= 37 one Challan smoking Act   and the fine realized Rs. 22,000/-

Follow up

 

1. Fire incidence has been accrued on 03.01.2015 in the S.S. School Nerwa which was using as BRCC office under the jurisdiction of Police Station Nerwa it was found that fire incident occurred due to electric short circuit. In this fire incident 2 Computer with Accessory, Record of S.S.A, R.M.S.A, I.E, W.I.F.S formal & Assessment Books, P.S System, Library books, 26 Chairs 4 Tables, 3 Almirah, 3 Heaters, 2 Mat etc got burnt. No human loss have been found on the initial inquiry. Inquiry is being conducted by SI/SHO PS Nerwa.
