A Burglary case FIR No. 08/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 20-01-2015 u/s 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Anurag Kumar Gupta IDSE,AEE E/M Jatog alleging therein that M/S Balayti Ram Mittal Pvt. Ltd. renovated the work of Vakar Hospital, Shimla and remaining construction material of above hospital was under the possession of govt. On 30-12-2014 Sh. Mohit Singh, J.E. B/R and Shashi Kant Morya J.E. E/M visited the site and found that some unknown person has stolen LT Panels, kept outside the above hospital. The case is being investigated by HC Rajpal I.O PP Lakkar Bazar PS Sadar.
A Murder case FIR No. 24/15 is registered at PS West today i.e. 21.01.2015 U/S 302 IPC on the rukka of Insp. Biri Singh, SHO PS West Shimla stated therein that one unidentified deadbody has recovered on 21.01.2015 near ISBT Shimla. After conducting autopsy and inspection of the spot, it is reveals that some unknown person has killed the deceased. The case is being investigated by Insp. Biri Singh, SHO PS West.
During last 24 hours Total 151 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded= 71 and Fine realized Rs. 22,500/-

Four accused namely Gurudutt (Driver) S/o Sh. Mangal Singh R/o Village Dharewali, PO Khagna, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla, Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Ravinder Singh R/o Village & PO- Khagna, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla, age- 26 years, Rinku Chauhan S/o Sh. Padam Singh r/o Village Lihat, PO Sari, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla and Rajinder S/o Late Sh. Jeet Singh R/o Village Lihat, PO Sari, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla age 34 years have been arrested in case FIR No.22/15 Dt. 19.01.2015 U/S 20,29-61- ND & PS Act at PS West, today sent to judicial custody upto 31.01.2015.
