Crime Report 30 January, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No 44/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. 30.01.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Tulsi Ram R/O vill Thoti, PO Kyarkoti, Tehsil & Distt Shimla stated therein that on 29.01.2015, he alongwith Madan Lal & Vijay Kumar were coming towards Shimla in vehicle No. HP-51-2249. Driver Vijay Kumar S/O Sh Deep Ram R/O Vill Bhoti PO Kyarkoti Tehsil & Distt Shimla was driving the vehicle. At about 09-30 PM, when they reached near Dhagogi above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of driver Vijay Kumar. They sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish, I/O PP Mashobra.

2. An Accident case FIR No 06/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 29.01.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mukul Pamta S/O Sh. Ratan Chand R/o Village Chhupari, PO Lower Koti , Tehsil Rohroo, Distt Shimla, stated therein that on 29.01.2015 he along with Rajan Jangta, Akshu Jangta, Manoj Jangta & Mukul Jangta were going towards Chopal in M/ Car No HP- 62A- 2982, driven by Mukul Jhangta. at about 3 PM when they reached near Sangroti, Driver Mukul lost his control over the vehicle and above vehicle rolled down from the road. In this accident, they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sant Ram, I/O PS Nerwa

3. A Wrongful Restrained case FIR No. 38/15 is registered at PS West today i.e. 30.01.2015 U/S 341 323 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jai Pal R/o Village Wakna, PO Waknaghat, Tehsil & PS Kandaghat, Solan, age 21 years stated therein that on 29.01.2015, after attend the marriage, he alongwith Sanjay Kumar were coming back towards Waknaghat. When they reached near Jathia Devi, one vehicle No. HP-03A-1062 (Maruti Car) overtake and stopped in front of his vehicle. 3 or 4 persons came out from the vehicle and scuffle with driver Sanjay Kumar  & beaten him. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jutogh.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 39/15 is registered at PS West today i.e. 30.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Tej Ram S/o Sh. Keshav Ram R/o Village Mandoha, PO Okhru, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla age 35 years stated therein that he is the driver of LP Truck No. HP-14-4425. Today when he reached at Taradevi in above truck, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-09A-7171 driven by Rajesh Verma, came rashly and hit with his Truck. The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Lal, I/O PS West.

5. During last 24 hours Total 109 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded= 49 and Fine realized Rs. 13,500/-.

Follow-Up

1. Accused Anuj Serkeck S/o Sh Prithvi Chand Serkeck R/o Vill Dalan, PO Veergarh, Tehsil Kumarsain, Shimla, Age 29 years, arrested in case FIR No 09/15 Dt. 27.01.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Kumarsain, today sent to judicial remand upto 09.02.2015.
