Crime Report 20 January, 2015

1. A Grievous Injury case FIR No 12/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 325,323,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Deepak Sharma S/O Sh. Mohinder Kumar R/O Village & PO Nirath, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla HP A/P Deep auto Mobile Chuhabag, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, HP stated therein that on 18.01.2015 at about 5.45 PM he went to Khopri Mandir, where two persons namely Monti & Kapil  came there in vehicle No HP06A-4535 and beaten him. He sustained injuries on his arms and got fractured. The Case is being investigated by Sh. Ganga Dev I/C PP City Rampur Bsr.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 23/15 has been registered at PS West on 19.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Santokh Kumar S/o Sh. Pritam Chand R/o Village & PO Bathari, Tehsil Haroli, District Una, HP stated therein that on 19.01.2015, he alongwith Ajay Kumar S/o Sh. Surjeet Ram R/o Village & PO Bathari were coming to Shimla from Una in his Motorcycle No. HP-52A-1965. At about 07-15 PM, when they reached near Bharat Petrol Pump, Ajay Kumar lost the control over vehicle and it  rolled down from the road. In this accident, they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh, I/O PS West.
3. During last 24 hours Total 164 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act and 04 challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 64 and Fine realized Rs. 26,300/-

Follow-Up

1. Two accused namely Najeem Ali S/O Sh. Habib Munshi R/O Vill & PO Madan, Tehsil Samal Muradabaad Utter Pradesh Age 20 Year and   Ram Nayan S/O Sh. Man Bhavan Singh R/O Vill Ganeshpur, P.O Mathanvidna, Tehsil Rodoli, Distt. Faijabaad Utter Pradesh Age 23 Year have been arrested today in case FIR No. 04/15 Dt. 19.01.2015  U/S 457, 380 IPC PS East, are on Police Remand upto 23.01.2015.

2. Two accused namely Vijay Thakur S/o Sh. Puran Chand, age- 26 years  and Ankush Sharma S/o Late Sh. Rajedner Sharma, age- 22 years (both) R/o  Village Nehra, PO Rajhana, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla have been arrested today in case FIR No. 05/15 Dt. 18.01.15 U/S 341,323,427,504,506,414,34 IPC at PS New Shimla, are on police Remand upto 24.01.2015.
