Crime Report On 18 January 2015

1. An Excise act case FIR No.21/15 has been registered at PS West on 17-01-2015 U/S 39 HP Ex-Act. On the rukka of ASI Amar Nath stated therein that when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty toward devdhar road one person namely Narayan Dass S/o Sh. Late Sh. Mast Ram R/o Vill Charud PO Ghanahti Tehsil and Distt. Shimla intercepted by them. During search 12 bottles of country liquor Himachal Orange and 4 ½  bottles of Dabang No.-01 recovered from the possession of above person. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath I.O PP Dhami PS West.

    

2. A wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR No.20/15 has been registered at PS West on 17.01.2015 U/S 341,323,506 IPC  on the statement of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/o Sh. Sewek Ram R/o Vill Ganpari PO Shoghi Tehsil and Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 17-01-15 Jogingdr Rohal obstruct the way of his son Karam and beaten him alongwith his son and also threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Shyam Tomar I.O PS West.

    

3.  A wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR No.5/15 dated 18-01-2015 U/S 341,323,427,34 IPC  has been registered at PS New Shimla  on the statement of Sh. Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Bir Chand R/o Village Prem Nagar P.O Kural Tehsil Kumarsain at Present Jawhar colony Kamlanagar Sanjauli Shimla-6 alleging therin that on 18-01-2015 at about 1.30 Am mid night when he was going to Kalnog with his Tipper to drop soil, on the way  two person came from Kalnog side  on his M/Cycle and restraint his vhicle/Tipper at Khalani Vifurcation and beatan him with kiks without any cause and damage his vehicle with throw by brekes and stones case is being investigated by H.C Inder Singh I/O PS New Shimla

    

4. A Mischief by fire cause damage Case FIR No.7/15 dated 18-1-15 u/s 435, 287 IPC PS Sadar Shimla has been register on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Gurudayal . R/O Mhindru Niwas Jakhu Shimla . He stated that he parked his EON car No. HP-07C-0855 on dated 17-1-15 near Seshewali Kothi Jakhu at about 4.30 PM. To day morning at about 8-30 AM he found that his vehicle has been burned by unkown person . and case has been investigated by HC Puran no.128 I/O PS Sadar Shimla

5. During last 24 hours Total 121 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act & 05 Challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 40and Fine realized Rs. 21,000/-
