An Excise Act case FIR NO. 10/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 10-01-15 U/S 39 Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Kamal Nain I.O PS Theog stated therein that on 10-01-2015 he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty. On the secret information, he searched the house/Shop of Jitar Singh @ Guddu S/o Het Ram R/o Vill Gavech, PO Majhar Tehsil Theog and recovered 24 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal Orange & Malta from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain I/O PS Theog.
A Forest Act case FIR No. 9/15 is registered at PS Theog on 10.01.2015 U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 IF Act on the complaint of Sh. S.L. Joshi Forest Range Officer Kotgarh alleging therein that on 9.01.2015 during inspection he found that Ist A =1No., IIIrd-3 Nos., IInd A = 4Nos., IInd B = 2No. & Ist A = 1 No. of Deodar trees were cut illegally at D.P. Kholku. He doubts that above deodar trees have cut by LSM Forest Corporation. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PS Theog.
An Accident case FIR NO. 2/15 is regd. at PS Kotkhai Today i.e. on 11.01.2015 U/ S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the Ruka of ASI Pradeep Kumar I/C PP Bagi, stated that on 10.01.2015 at about 4.30 PM a vehicle NO. CH-03J-3521 Maruti 800 met with an accident near Lunagali, due to rash & negligent driving of sh. Prithvi Raj S/O sh. Kehar Singh R/O Denwadhi, PO Khabal, The. Chirgaon, Shimla & rolled down about 100 feet from the road. In this accident One person namely Joginder Singh S/O sh. Ram Charan Dass Village Denwadhi, has died on the spot & two persons sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by ASI Pradeep Singh I/C PP Bagi, PS Kotkhai.
Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace case FIR NO. 14/15 is regd. at PS Boileauganj today on 11.01.2015 U/S 504, 506, 34 IPC on the complaints of Sh. Deepak Thakur, Smt. Uma devi, Sita Devi, Santosh Thakur & Kubja Devi all are residents of Village Malog, PO Tara Devi, Tehsil & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on last night Smt. Kanta Sharma, Reena Sharma & Pinku residents of same village abused & threatened them with dire concequencies. The Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar I/O PS West, Shimla.
During last 24 hours Total 155 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total challan compounded= 121 and the fine realized Rs. 22,900/-

Zalam Singh R/O VPO Kanda Batnol, Tehsil Shilai, Distt Sirmour, HP A/P C/O Proper Kaithu Shilpi Kothi, Shimla-3, HP Aged 21 years have been arrested today on 11.01.2015 at 1.30 PM in case FIR No. 01/15 Dt. 07.01.2015 U/S 363, 366A IPC registered at PS Kotkhai.
