Crime Report 25 January, 2015

1. A ND&PS Act case  FIR No 06/15 is registered at PS Jubbal today i.e. 25.01.2015 U/S 22-61-85 NDPS Act  on  the   rukka  of  HC  Pyare  Lal  I/O  PS  Jubbal  stated therein that  in the intervening night of 24/25.01.2015, he alongwith staff were on patrolling/ traffic   checking duty at Jubbal Kainchi. At about 03.30 AM, one Alto  Car No.  HP-09A-0511 came from Hatkoti  side  intercepted by them. Arun  Verma  S/o  Late Sh.  Jeet  Ram Verma  R/o  village  Bagro,  PO  Jais,  Tehsil & PS Theog,  Distt  Shimla  age  27 yrs  was driving the above vehicle. During search, he recovered  220 bottles of Cipla  Rexcof  restrict medicine from his possession. Above accused has been arrested by the police and case is being investigated by HC Pyare  Lal, I/O PS Jubbal.

2. An Accident case FIR No 08/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 24.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhart Bhusan S/o Sh. Kameshwar Sharma R/o Village Nalawan, Sub-Teshil Dhami, Distt Shimla stated therein that on 24.01.2015, Het Ram S/o Sh Dhani Ram were going towards Sunni in Motorcycle No. PB-65G-6969. When he reached near Ghrayana, Het Ram lost his control and above bike met with an accident. He sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by HC Hemraj, I/O PS Sunni.

3. A House Trespass case FIR No 07/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 24.01.2015 U/S 451,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand R/o Village Chalog, PO Majhiwad, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla  alleging therein that on 24.01.2015 at about  02:30 PM, Pratap Singh S/O late Sh. Dharam Dass, his wife Prabha, and his son lovely have entered in his home and started beaten him & his wife Smt. Malti Devi. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni.

4. A Theft case FIR No. 29/15 is registered at PS West today i.e. 25.01.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Const. Balbir Singh, Incharge Police Parking Near Kachighati Shimla alleging therein that on 21.01.2015, one Alto Car bearing No. HP-14A-1916 has been towed by crane & bring to Police Parking at Kachighati. Due to shortage of place in the Parking ground, above vehicle parked on the road leading court complex. On 24.01.2015 at about 04-30 PM,  during checking above vehicle was not found missing. Today at about 10-15 AM, when he alongwith HHG Devraj were searching the vehicle, above vehicle has been recovered  from Chakkar road. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder, I/O PS West.

5. During last 24 hours Total 120 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded= 55 and Fine realized Rs. 22,200/-

   Follow-Up

1. Accused Arun  Verma  S/O  Late Sh.  Jeet  Ram Verma  R/o  Village  Bagro,  PO  Jais,  Tehsil & PS Theog,  Distt  Shimla,  age  27 years  has been arrested today in case  FIR No 06/15 Dt. 25.01.2015 U/S 22-61-85 NDPS Act at PS Jubbal.
