An Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No 37/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 12.01.2015 U/S 336,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Rajinder Kumar S/o Sh Anokhi Ram R/O Village Odali, PO Janedghat, Sub- Tehsil Junga, Distt Shimla A/P Tailoring Shop C/o Surender Verma building Koti, Sub- Tehsil Junga, Distt Shimla stated therein that on 12.01.2015 at about 11-00 AM a Pvt. Contractor namely Sonu fell down from Surinder Verma's Building due to electric shot and sustained injuries. He was taken to IGMC Shimla for treatment, where doctor has declared him brought dead. The case is being investigated by ASI Baldev singh I/C PP Junga.
An Accident case FIR No 10/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 12-01-15 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV act on the Rukka of HC Lal Chand stated therein that on 12-01-2015 at about 10.35 am one Eicher Truck No CH-03L-3947 met with an accident near Talai Nogli. During investigation, no body found in the above vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand, I/O PS Rampur.
A House Trespass case FIR No. 16/15 has been registered at PS West on 12-01-2015 U/S 452,506,34 IPC on the application of Sh. Soni Lal S/o Sh. Ram Nath R/o Diwan building Paindhar Jangal Tutikandi Shimla alleging therein that his landlord Diwan Chand, his son Jatin and his wife Smt. Poonam Verma trespassed in his room several time and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by SI Vimochan, I/O PS West.
During last 24 hours Total 178 vehicles challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total challan compounded=83 and the fine realized Rs. 38,400/-

Accused Amit S/o Sh. Tulsi Raj R/o Village & PO Kandi Patnol, Tehsil Shillai, Sirmaur, age 25 years arrested today in case FIR No. 01/15 Dt. 07.01.15 U/S 363,336A,376D,506,34 IPC & 4 POCSO Act at PS Kotkhai.
