Crime Report on January 26, 2015.

PRESS NOTE 26 JANUARY, 2015

1. A ND&PS Act case  FIR No 07/15 is registered at PS Jubbal today i.e. 25.01.2015 U/S 21,22-61-85 NDPS Act  on  the   rukka  of  HC  Gopal Singh I/O  PS  Jubbal  stated therein that during NakaBandi at Kuddu at 3.00AM a Maruti Car NO. HP09A-0546 came from Tuni side, checked and found 300 bottoles of Cipla Rexcof prohibited drugs in two separate bag & sacks. In which two persons namely Suresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Jainu Ram R/O  Vill  Sunder Nagar, P.O. Ratnari, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, Age 27 Yrs. And Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Shiv Lal R/O Vill. Karol, PO Mahog, The. Theog, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Gopal, I/O PS Jubbal.

2. An Accident case FIR No 31/15 has been registered at PS West today on 26.01.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the Ruka of SI Shyam Tomar stated therein that he got an information that a vehicle met with an accident at Sonu Bangla Nr Tara Devi. On this he alongwith staff visited the spot and found that a Swift Desire car No. PB30N-3075 rolled down about 1.5 Km from the road in which all the five persons namely:-1. Sandeep singh @ Raju s/o Sh. Bachan singh r/o 207 NAC 8667 Sec. 33 B Chandigarh, 2. Nitin Kumar s/o Sh. vinod Kumar 848 street no. 1, Dharmesh colony Malaut  Distt. Muktsar Sahib Punjab. 3. Sh. Prem Saharan s/o Sh. Sher wan Saharan R/o 6K22 Jawahar, GangaNagar,  Rajasthan. 4. Mohd. Wasim Akram s/o Mohd. Aslam r/o Gadri Resaldar, Darndu Ranchi, Jharkhand and 5. Sunil Jindal s/o Sh. Chiman Lal Jindal r/o Krishna Colony near Water works Malaut Distt. Sh. Muktsar Sahib Punjab found dead. The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Tomar, I/O PS West.

3. An Accident case FIR No 18/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 25.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Ruka of HC Sadhu Ram I/O PS Theog, Distt Shimla stated therein that on 25.01.2015,  he got information that a Vehicle No. DL8CA-3443 met with an accident at Khashdhar. On this he visited the spot and found that above vehicle was rolled down from the road in which two persons were sit and sustained injuries. The above accident occurred due rash and negligent driving of Sh. Tulsi Ram S/O sh. Deep Ram R/O Vill. Takana, PO Lafughati, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Sadhu Ram I/O PS Theog.

4. An Accident Case FIR No 18/15 has been registred at PS Rampur on dated 26-01-2015 u/s 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Lalit Singh @ Luckky Village Bhagat Singh Village Paprahal PO Sahiyana Tehsil Sadar Mandi HP stated that on dated 25-1-2015  at about 4.30 PM  he along with Yashveer Singh and Suresh Kumar was going towards Tutu Delath Rampur in Four wheeler HP62A-1623( Ghotta hatti), which was driven by Suresh Kumar S/O Sh PunaRam Village Tutu PO Dealth Rampur when he reached near  Tutu Delath  Dvr lost his control over veh. and it fell down into hill and all persons got injured over their bodies. Case has been registred and is being investigated by HC Bakshi Ram I/O PS Rampur.

5. A House Trespass Case FIR No 20/15 has been registred at PS Rampur on dated 26-01-2015 U/S 451,323,34 IPC on the application of Ram Singh S/O Sh Ganga Ram R/O Village Rai Sharan, Po Dansa, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, HP alleged that on dated 25/01/2015  at about 8.25 PM  Tunti Ram, Jhumi Devi and Meera Devi entered in his house and beaten him. Case has been registred and is being investigated bu HC Janak RaJ No 64 I/O PS Rampur.

6. A Theft case FIR No. 05/15 is registered at PS Nerwa on 25.01.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Ram Lal S/O sh. Ratti ram R/O Himgiri, PO tikkari, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he got a contract to shift the Transformer from Tikkari to Main Raod. On dated 18.01.2015 he carried the above transformer and kept in village Himgram. On the intervening night of 18-19.01.2015 said transformer was broken and copper coil stolen away by some unknown culprits. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Nerwa.

7. A Burglary case FIR No. 05/15 has been registered at PS East on dtd 26-01-15 U/S 457,380 on the complaint of Sh Pyare Lal S/O Sh Bheg Ram R/O A/P Care taker Tara View Near Ankur Day School Chhota Shimla that he is working as a care taker at above mentioned address since 1999. Owner of this Building is Mrs Manju Madan W/O Late Sh. Narender Nath Madan , she lived at Dehli and occasionally came here. Theft was happened in this Building on 10-11-14 ,the owner Mrs Manju Madan came here on 3/4-01-15 found that L.C.D ,DVD player, Gas Cylinder,Press, wall watch ,cutlery sett e.t.c was stolen .Total value of stolen property stated Rs 75000/-. Case investigated by SI Ajay Kalia Addl /SHO P.S East Shimla.

8. During last 24 hours Total 226 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act and 4 persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 135 and Fine realized Rs. 47, 000/-.

   Follow-Up

1. Two accused namely Vijay Thakur S/o Sh. Puran Chand, age- 26 years  and Ankush Sharma S/o Late Sh. Rajedner Sharma, age- 22 years (both) R/o  Village Nehra, PO Rajhana, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla had been arrested in case FIR No. 05/15 Dt. 18.01.15 U/S 341,323,427,504,506,414,34 IPC at PS New Shimla, bailed out by the Ld Court Shimla on 26.01.2015.

2. Accused Suresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Jainu Ram R/O  Vill  Sunder Nagar, P.O. Ratnari, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, Age 27 Yrs. And

   Accused Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Shiv Lal R/O Vill. Karol, PO Mahog, The. Theog, Distt Shimla, have been arrested in Case FIR NO 7/15 DT 26/01/2015 U/S 21-22-61-85 NDPS ACT today i.e. 26.01.2015 and will be produced in before Ld Court of ACJM Rohru tomorrow.

3. Accused Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Deep Ram R/O VPO Dharogra, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP, has been arrested in Case FIR NO. 5/15 dated 26.01.2015 U/ S 457, 380 IPC PS East and will be produced in the Ld court Shimla tomorrow.

    

   Inquest report U/s 174 Crpc.

    

1. A male dead body of Sh. Prakash Chand S/O Late Sh. Jota Ram R/O H.NO. 76, Basant Nagar, New Delhi, was staying at Railway Guest House Shimla and found dead on today morning. The dead body of the deceased brought to IGMC for autopsy.
