1. Four accused namely Raj Kumar Thapa Chlawane S/O Hasta Bhadur Thapa Chlawane R/O  Vpo & Distt Salyana State Rapti Nepal Age 19, Chetti Ram  S/O Krishan Raj R/O Vill. Khani Po Salyana State Rapti Nepal Age 23, Ashok Thapa  S/O Harka Bhadur R/O Vpo & Distt Salyana State Rapti Nepal Age 22 & Nirmal Budha S/O Budhi Ram R/O  Vill. Chaklighat Po Sideshwari Distt.  Salyana State Rapti Nepal Age 18 Years have been arrested in Case FIR No. 33/15 Dt. 27.01.15 U/S 302 IPC at PS West Shimla.

Crime Report 30 January, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No 44/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. 30.01.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Tulsi Ram R/O vill Thoti, PO Kyarkoti, Tehsil & Distt Shimla stated therein that on 29.01.2015, he alongwith Madan Lal & Vijay Kumar were coming towards Shimla in vehicle No. HP-51-2249. Driver Vijay Kumar S/O Sh Deep Ram R/O Vill Bhoti PO Kyarkoti Tehsil & Distt Shimla was driving the vehicle. At about 09-30 PM, when they reached near Dhagogi above vehicle met with an accident and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of driver Vijay Kumar. They sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by HC Ashish, I/O PP Mashobra.

2. An Accident case FIR No 06/15 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 29.01.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mukul Pamta S/O Sh. Ratan Chand R/o Village Chhupari, PO Lower Koti , Tehsil Rohroo, Distt Shimla, stated therein that on 29.01.2015 he along with Rajan Jangta, Akshu Jangta, Manoj Jangta & Mukul Jangta were going towards Chopal in M/ Car No HP- 62A- 2982, driven by Mukul Jhangta. at about 3 PM when they reached near Sangroti, Driver Mukul lost his control over the vehicle and above vehicle rolled down from the road. In this accident, they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Sant Ram, I/O PS Nerwa

3. A Wrongful Restrained case FIR No. 38/15 is registered at PS West today i.e. 30.01.2015 U/S 341 323 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Jai Pal R/o Village Wakna, PO Waknaghat, Tehsil & PS Kandaghat, Solan, age 21 years stated therein that on 29.01.2015, after attend the marriage, he alongwith Sanjay Kumar were coming back towards Waknaghat. When they reached near Jathia Devi, one vehicle No. HP-03A-1062 (Maruti Car) overtake and stopped in front of his vehicle. 3 or 4 persons came out from the vehicle and scuffle with driver Sanjay Kumar  & beaten him. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PP Jutogh.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 39/15 is registered at PS West today i.e. 30.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Tej Ram S/o Sh. Keshav Ram R/o Village Mandoha, PO Okhru, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla age 35 years stated therein that he is the driver of LP Truck No. HP-14-4425. Today when he reached at Taradevi in above truck, at the same time one vehicle No. HP-09A-7171 driven by Rajesh Verma, came rashly and hit with his Truck. The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Lal, I/O PS West.

5. During last 24 hours Total 109 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded= 49 and Fine realized Rs. 13,500/-.

Crime Report 29 January, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 06/14 has been registered at PS East on 28.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of HC Om Krishan, I/O PAR Vikas Nager, Shimla stated therein that on 28.1.2015 on the information of accident he alongwtih staff rushed to the spot near Bharata Sadan, Vikasnagar Shimla and found that vehicle No. HP-08C-1282 met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Rohit Sharma VPO Tharoch Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla. Two persons sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by HC Om Krishan, I/O PAR Vikas Nagar.  

2. An Accident case FIR No. 07/14 has been registered at PS East on 28.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dhyan Singh S/O Sh. Telu Ram R/O Village Manal, Tehisl Shilai Distt. Sirmour, stated therein that on 20.01.2015 at 9 PM he was present in his shop at Jivanoo colony Kasumpti Shimla. Suddenly a vehicle No. HP-02A-3737 (Scorpion) driven by Neem Kumar, came rashly  from Panthaghati side and hit another three vehicles, parked on the road side and ran away from the Spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Kumar, I/O PP Kasumpti.

3. A Cruelty to Woman case FIR No. 43/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. 29.01.2015 U/S 498A IPC on the Complaint alleging therein that on 16.05.2012, she has solemnized marriage with Sh. Vinay S/O Sh. Krishan lal R/o Ladaur Ambala. After marriage her husband Vinay & his family members  tortured her mentally & physically for dowry. The case is being investigated by L/HC Sarita, I/O PS Dhalli.

4. An Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty & Rioting case FIR No. 35/15 is registered at PS West today 29.01.2015 U/S 353,332,147,148,149 IPC & 3 PDP Act on the statement of ASI  Sarvind Rattan, A/P MTO, Police Line Kaithu, Shimla alleging therein that today he alongwith staff were on law & order duty at outside the BJP, HP office at Chakkar Shimla. At the same time activists of Youth Congress Morcha, HP and Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha, HP were pelting stones & sticks on each other. When police tried to disburse them, in between some unknown person has throw the stones towards them, in which he & Const. Mohit sustained injuries and also they broken the front glass of Police vehicle No. HP-07B-0326.  The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Lal, I/O PS West.

5. A Rioting case FIR No. 36/15 is registered at  PS West today i.e. 29.01.2015 U/S 147,148,149,323 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/o Sh. Dharam Dutt R/o Village Baun, PO Shoghi, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla A/P Secretary, Youth Congress Morcha, HP alleging therein that today workers of Youth Congress Morcha, HP have staged peacefully Dharna/Demonstration outside the BJP, HP office at Chakkar Shimla. At the same time activists, of Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha, HP pelting stone and attacked with sticks on them. In this incident he and another workers of Y.C. Morcha sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS West.

6. A House Trespass & Rioting case FIR No. 37/15 is registered at PS West today i.e. 29.01.2015 U/S 452,147,148,149,323,427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Trilok Jamwal, State Secretary of BJP, HP alleging therein that today he was participating in the meeting of BJYM, HP at Party office Chakkar Shimla. At the same time, activists of Youth Congress Morcha, HP  under the leadership of Sh. Vikramaditya came outside their party office with rods and entered in their office. They have pelting stone & attacked with sticks on their workers. In this incident, about 20/25 workers of BJYM sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Maan Singh, I/O PS West.

1. Accused Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Deep Ram R/O VPO Dharogra, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP, has been arrested in Case FIR NO. 05/15 Dt. 26.01.2015 U/ S 457, 380 IPC PS East, bailed by the Trial Court.

2. Accused Chiranji Lal S/o Sh. Naku Ram R/o Village Paat Devri, PO Kashapat, Tehsil & PS Rampur, Distt. Shimla, age 50 years has been arrested in case FIR No. 17/15 Dt. 23.01.15 U/S 376 IPC at PS Rampur, today sent to Judicial Remand upto 11.02.2015.  

Crime Report 28 January, 2015

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No 09/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 27.01.2015 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act on the Rukka of ASI Harpal Singh I/O PS Kumarsain stated therein that on 27.01.2015 he alongwith staff on patrolling duty towards Cheel More. At about 08-45 PM one person namely Anuj Serkeck S/o Sh prithvi Chand Serkeck R/o Vill Dalan PO Veergarh tehsil Kumarsain Age 29 years, intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 200 gram Charas from his possession. Above accused has been arrested by the police and case is being investigated by ASI Harpal Singh, I/O PS Kumarsain.
2. A Murder case FIR No. 33/15 has been registered at PS West on 27.01.2015 U/S 302 IPC on the rukka of SI Virochan Negi, I/O PS West Shimla alleging therein that on 22.01.2015 at about 12.25 PM, Sh. Narender Kumar informed telephonically at Police Station that one deadbody is lying in the Jangli Ground at Village Khanog. On this information, he alongwith staff rushed to the spot and found that one nepali person namely Dilly Bahadur Chaudhary S/o Sh. Kalu Ram  Chaudhary R/o Village Gidniya, PO Dhanauri, Distt. Dang, Anchal Rawati Nepal was lying in dead position with blood sustained injury on his forehead. On this, his deadbody has been brought to IGMC Shimla for postmortem.  After conducting  autopsy and inspection of the spot, it reveals that some unknown person has killed the deceased. The case is being investigated by SI Virochan Negi, I/O PS West.
3. A Theft case FIR No. 21/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 27.01.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Mohar Singh S/O Sh. Chet Ram A/P Karam Chand Building, New Bus Stand Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night of  26/27.01.2015, some unknown person has stolen away three tyres from his  Maruti Car  No HP-06A-1525  parked nearby Bus stand Rampur. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal No 206.
4. A Theft case FIR No. 04/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on  27.01.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Assistant Engineer, O/O Electrical Sub Division No 1 Chirgaon stated therein that on in the intervening night of 25/26.01.2015, some unknown person has stolen Copper quail from running transformer from Village Mandali. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon.
5. A Theft case FIR No. 06/15 is registered at PS Rohru today i.e. 28.01.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hem Chand S/o SH. Chiryau Ram R/o Village Bhil, PO Kyara, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he is working as driver in Lepta Bus since 2006. On 27.01.2015 at about 07-30 PM, he parked his bus near Motor Market and after that he alongwith conductor went for taking the dinner at Dhaba. When they came back and found that one person namely Rajesh Kumar S/o Sh. Shilu Ram R/o Village & PO Kathasu, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla entered inside the bus and stolen ticket Machine and cash bag. The above accused has been arrested by the police and case is being investigated by SI Vikas, Addl. SHO PS Rohru.  
6. A Dog Biting case FIR No. 34/15 is registered at PS West 28.01.2015 U/S 289 IPC on the application of Sh. Suresh Kumar Sharma S/o late Sh. Mushu Ram Sharma R/o Village Sarmana, PO Shakrah, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 28.01.2015, her daughter namely Kalpna Sharma was going towards Cow shed, on the way pet dog of Sh. Bali Ram, bite her from leg. The case is being investigated by ASI Amar Nath, I/C PP Dhami.
7. An Accident case FIR No. 22/15 is registered at PS Rampur on 28.01.2015 U/S 279 337 IPC on the rukka of HC Bakshi Ram, I/O PP Nankhari Shimla alleging therein that on 27.01.2015 at 11-40 AM, an information of accident received at PP Nankhari. On this information he alongwith staff rushed to the spot near Addu and found that one A/F Nano met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Gappu Ram. In this accident  driver Ghappu and his grand-son Ishu age 3 years sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Bakshi Ram, I/O PP Nankhari.

Crime Report 27 January, 2015

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 32/15 has been registered at PS West on 26.01.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Amar Singh, I/C PP Dhami, Shimla stated therein that on 26.01.2015, he alongwith staff were on patrolling duty towards Chaura near Dhami. During patrolling duty, one person namely Ishwar Dass S/o Sh. Sant Ram R/o Village & PO Danughat (Rikolka), Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan, intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated ASI Amar Singh, I/C Police Post Dhami.
2.  An Accident case FIR No. 19/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 26.01.2015 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/o Late Sh. Ram Singh R/o Village Rehwash, PO Fagu, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla stated therein that he parked his vehicle No. HP-09C-2698 on the road side near his house. One vehicle No. HP-01A-4685 came rashly from Fagu side and hit his vehicle and ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Het Ram, I/O PS Theog.
3. A Burglary case FIR No. 09/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 26.01.2015 U/S 457 380 IPC on the statement of Smt. Hema Mehta W/o Sh. Bala Nand Mehta R/o Village Bhadgaon, PO Bhutti, Tehsil & PS Kumarsain, Shimla A/P Erin Villa Building, Ground Floor, Snowview, Shimla- 3 alleging therein that on 21.01.2015, she alongwith her family went to her native place after closing her house at Shimla. On 26.01.2015, she come back to her house Erin Villa and found that some unknown person has broken the window glass of her house and stolen  one ladies finger ring, silver ornaments, one DVD, 4 double bed blankets, one Digital Camera, one stereo, and cash Rs. 1100/-.  The case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
4. During last 24 hours Total 85 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act and 05 Persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 57 and Fine realized Rs. 17,100/-.

Inquest Report U/S 174 Cr.PC

Deceased Mohi Ram S/o Sh. Shuba Ram R/o Village Mihana, PO Chanair, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla A/P Tenant C/o Smt. Soma W/o Sh. Kuldeep R/o Villge & PO Mashobra, Shimla age- 65, today came to M.C. Office below Padam Dev Complex, The Ridge  Shimla to deposit  the electricity bill, but due to heart attack, he fell down and sustained injuries on his head. He brought to IGMC Shimla for treatment in 108 ambulance, where doctor declare him brought dead.

HP09A-0546 came from Tuni side, checked and found 300 bottoles of Cipla Rexcof prohibited drugs in two separate bag & sacks. In which two persons namely Suresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Jainu Ram R/O  Vill  Sunder Nagar, P.O. Ratnari, Tehsil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla, Age 27 Yrs. And Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Shiv Lal R/O Vill. Karol, PO Mahog, The. Theog, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Gopal, I/O PS Jubbal.

An Accident case FIR No 31/15 has been registered at PS West today on 26.01.2015 U/S 279,304A IPC on the Ruka of SI Shyam Tomar stated therein that he got an information that a vehicle met with an accident at Sonu Bangla Nr Tara Devi. On this he alongwith staff visited the spot and found that a Swift Desire car No. PB30N-3075 rolled down about 1.5 Km from the road in which all the five persons namely:-1. Prem Saharan s/o Sh. Sher wan Saharan R/o 6K22 Jawahar, GangaNagar,  Rajasthan. 4. Mohd. Wasim Akram s/o Mohd. Aslam r/o Gadri Resaldar, Darndu Ranchi, Jharkhand and 5. Sunil Jindal s/o Sh. Chiman Lal Jindal r/o Krishna Colony near Water works Malaut Distt. Sh. Muktsar Sahib Punjab found dead. The case is being investigated by SI Shyam Tomar, I/O PS West.

An Accident case FIR No 18/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 25.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Ruka of HC Sadhu Ram I/O PS Theog, Distt Shimla stated therein that on 25.01.2015,  he got information that a Vehicle No. DL8CA-3443 met with an accident at Khashdhar. On this he visited the spot and found that above vehicle was rolled down from the road in which two persons were sit and sustained injuries. The above accident occurred due rash and negligent driving of Sh. Tulsi Ram S/O sh. Deep Ram R/O Vill. Takana, PO Lafughati, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Sadhu Ram I/O PS Theog.

4. An Accident Case FIR No 18/15 has been registred at PS Rampur on dated 26-01-2015 u/s 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Lalit Singh @ Luckky Village Bhagat Singh Village Paprahal PO Sahiyana Tehsil Sadar Mandi HP stated that on dated 25-1-2015  at about 4.30 PM  he along with Yashveer Singh and Suresh Kumar was going towards Tutu Delath Rampur in Four wheeler HP62A-1623( Ghotta hatti), which was driven by Suresh Kumar S/O Sh PunaRam Village Tutu PO Dealth Rampur when he reached near  Tutu Delath  Dvr lost his control over veh. and it fell down into hill and all persons got injured over their bodies. Case has been registred and is being investigated by HC Bakshi Ram I/O PS Rampur.

5. A House Trespass Case FIR No 20/15 has been registred at PS Rampur on dated 26-01-2015 U/S 451,323,34 IPC on the application of Ram Singh S/O Sh Ganga Ram R/O Village Rai Sharan, Po Dansa, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, HP alleged that on dated 25/01/2015  at about 8.25 PM  Tunti Ram, Jhumi Devi and Meera Devi entered in his house and beaten him. Case has been registred and is being investigated bu HC Janak RaJ No 64 I/O PS Rampur.

6. A Theft case FIR No. 05/15 is registered at PS Nerwa on 25.01.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Ram Lal S/O sh. Ratti ram R/O Himgiri, PO tikkari, Tehsil Chopal, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that he got a contract to shift the Transformer from Tikkari to Main Raod. On dated 18.01.2015 he carried the above transformer and kept in village Himgram. On the intervening night of 18-19.01.2015 said transformer was broken and copper coil stolen away by some unknown culprits. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/O PS Nerwa.

A Burglary case FIR No. 05/15 has been registered at PS East on dtd 26-01-15 U/S 457,380 on the complaint of Sh Pyare Lal S/O Sh Bheg Ram R/O A/P Care taker Tara View Near Ankur Day School Chhota Shimla that he is working as a care taker at above mentioned address since 1999. Owner of this Building is Mrs Manju Madan W/O Late Sh. Narender Nath Madan , she lived at Dehli and occasionally came here. Theft was happened in this Building on 10-11-14 ,the owner Mrs Manju Madan came here on 3/4-01-15 found that L.C.D ,DVD player, Gas Cylinder,Press, wall watch ,cutlery sett e.t.c was stolen .Total value of stolen property stated Rs 75000/-. Case investigated by SI Ajay Kalia Addl /SHO P.S East Shimla.

8. During last 24 hours Total 226 vehicles challaned by Shimla police under MV Act and 4 persons challaned under Smoking Act. Total Challan compounded= 135 and Fine realized Rs. 47, 000/-.

1. A ND&PS Act case  FIR No 06/15 is registered at PS Jubbal today i.e. 25.01.2015 U/S 22-61-85 NDPS Act  on  the   rukka  of  HC  Pyare  Lal  I/O  PS  Jubbal  stated therein that  in the intervening night of 24/25.01.2015, he alongwith staff were on patrolling/ traffic   checking duty at Jubbal Kainchi. At about 03.30 AM, one Alto  Car No.  HP-09A-0511 came from Hatkoti  side  intercepted by them. Arun  Verma  S/o  Late Sh.  Jeet  Ram Verma  R/o  village  Bagro,  PO  Jais,  Tehsil & PS Theog,  Distt  Shimla  age  27 yrs  was driving the above vehicle. During search, he recovered  220 bottles of Cipla  Rexcof  restrict medicine from his possession. Above accused has been arrested by the police and case is being investigated by HC Pyare  Lal, I/O PS Jubbal.

2. An Accident case FIR No 08/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 24.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhart Bhusan S/o Sh. Kameshwar Sharma R/o Village Nalawan, Sub-Teshil Dhami, Distt Shimla stated therein that on 24.01.2015, Het Ram S/o Sh Dhani Ram were going towards Sunni in Motorcycle No. PB-65G-6969. When he reached near Ghrayana, Het Ram lost his control and above bike met with an accident. He sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by HC Hemraj, I/O PS Sunni.

3. A House Trespass case FIR No 07/15 has been registered at PS Sunni on 24.01.2015 U/S 451,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand R/o Village Chalog, PO Majhiwad, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla  alleging therein that on 24.01.2015 at about  02:30 PM, Pratap Singh S/O late Sh. Dharam Dass, his wife Prabha, and his son lovely have entered in his home and started beaten him & his wife Smt. Malti Devi. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal I/O PS Sunni.

4. A Theft case FIR No. 29/15 is registered at PS West today i.e. 25.01.2015 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Const. Balbir Singh, Incharge Police Parking Near Kachighati Shimla alleging therein that on 21.01.2015, one Alto Car bearing No. HP-14A-1916 has been towed by crane & bring to Police Parking at Kachighati. Due to shortage of place in the Parking ground, above vehicle parked on the road leading court complex. On 24.01.2015 at about 04-30 PM,  during checking above vehicle was not found missing. Today at about 10-15 AM, when he alongwith HHG Devraj were searching the vehicle, above vehicle has been recovered  from Chakkar road. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder, I/O PS West.

Crime Report 24 January, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 17/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 23.01.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the rukka of HC Kamalapati, I/O PS Theog stated therein that on 23.01.2015 an information of accident received at PS Theog. On this information, he alongwith staff rushed to the spot at Dhamyana and found that a vehicle No. HP-11-2609 rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Sh. Keshav Ram S/o Sh. Roshan Lal R/o Village & PO Vagain. Keshav Ram alongwith Baby w/o Sh. Ramesh R/o village Khar, a/w her two children and Sh. Prem Lal have sat in the above vehicle. In this accident driver Keshav Ram has died on the spot and other persons sustained injuries.  

2. A Wrongful Restrained and criminal intimidation  case FIR No. 07/15 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 23.01.2015 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC on the report of Sh. Yajur Thakur S/o Late Sh. Upinder Thakur R/o Thakur Villa, Near Bhatia Bhawan, Panthaghati Shimla stated therein that on 23.01.2015 at about 11.15 PM, he went to attend the tuition in Institute of Commerce near Heteshwari Temple at New Shimla. At about 11.15 AM, Anirudh Dipta, who also come to attend the tuition, stopped him on the door of above Institute, pushed him. He beaten him and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.  

3. An Accident case FIR No. 28/15 has been registered at PS West on 23.01.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act statement of Sh. Dinesh S/o Sh. Roop Lal Sharma R/o Village Kulthali, PO Baroti, Tehsil Sundernagar, Mandi A/P Sharma Cottage Lower Ram Nagar, Shimla stated therein that on 23.01.2015, he was going towards ISBT Tutikandi from Phagli in his vehicle Ni. HP-01A-4958. At about 09-30 PM, a black colour Santro Car came rashly  from Tutikandi Side and hit his car and ran away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajit Singh, I/O PS  West.

4. A Burglary case FIR No. 42/15 has been registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. 24.01.2015 U/S 380,511 IPC on the statement of Sh. Devraj Sharma R/o Shiv Shakti Gaura Temple, C/o Gupta Niwas Gujjar Colony Sanjauli Shimla stated therein that he is working in above temple for the last four years. He alongwith Hemant were sleeping in the above temple. On 24.01.2015 at about 12-20 AM, one person namely Ashwani Kumar Sharma S/o Sh. Surender Dutt Sharma R/o Mue, PO Garli, Tehsil Rakar, Kangra age-36 years, tried to enter in the temple from window with the intention to theft. When they making noise, he ran away towards road and broken the glasses of vehicle No. HP-62-1356 & HP-52A-5154. The case is being investigated by HC Daljeet Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.

5. A Dog Biting case FIR No. 01/15 is registered at PS Chirgaon today i.e. 24.01.2015 U/S 289 IPC on the statement of Sh. Devi Ram S/o Sh. Sagar Dass R/o Village Diuchi, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla stated therein that on 21.01.2015, his son namely Rohit Kumar was at home.  At about 04-30 PM, a pet dog of Sh. Pratap Singh S/o Sh. 1. Krishan Bahadur R/o Village Mandroli, PO Darkoti, Tehsil & PS Kotkhai, Shimla, intercepted by them. During search, 12 bottles of country liquor marka Lal Pari (750ml each) recovered from inside the above vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh, I/O PS West, Shimla.
2. An Accident case FIR No 16/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 22.01.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Gopal Thakur S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/o Village Shanthal, PO Shingla, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, stated therein that on 22.01.2015 at about 4-30PM he was going towards Shingla in Auto No HP-50-0580, driven by Nant Ram S/O Sh. Gokul Ram R/o Village Sheneri. When they reached near Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Rampur, Driver Nant Ram lost his control and above Auto rolled down below 100 feet from the road. In this accident, Jiya Lal S/O Sh Hira Lal R/o Village Khunna, died on the spot and he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj, I/O PS Rampur.

1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 25/15 has been registered at PS West on 21.01.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the statement of Sh. Preetpal Singh S/o Sh. Amit Singh R/o B-1, Lane-3, Sec.-1, New Shimla A/P Excise & Taxation Officer, Shimla stated therein that on 21.01.2015,  he got secret information that Tripti Bar & Restaurant, Chakkar Shimla illegally  running a Bar without licence.  On this information he alongwith staff raided the above Bar  and recovered 7 bottles of English liquor and 01 bottles of country liquor (750 ml each) and 38 empty bottles of Royal stag, 3 bottles Blender prides, 3 bottles Officer choice and 3 bottles country liquor. The case is being investigated by ASI Shyam Lal.
2. A Resistance or obstruction by a person to his lawful apprehension case FIR No. 26/15 has been registered at PS West on 21-01-2015 u/s 224 IPC on the statement of Const. Khem Chand No. 1554 A/P Posted at Police Line Kaithu stated therein that on 21-01-2015 he alongwith HHC Suresh Kumar No. 1442 were coming back to Shimla after produced accused Ramesh Kumar S/o Sh. Inder Sain R/o Vill & PO Sarvamsandva Tehsil Narkhahyagani Distt West Champaran Bihar at Fast Treck court Rampur. When they reached at ISBT Tutikandi, the above accused person pushed them at once at runaway toward Jungle. The case is being investigated by HC Laiq Ram I.O PS West.

A Forest Act Case FIR No 14/15 has been registered at PS Rampur today i.e. 22-01-2015 U/S 447,427 IPC 32,33 IF act on the application of Kartar Singh Thakur RO Forest Beat Nankhri Distt Shimla alleging therein that Smt. Sapna Devi Forest Gurad told him that  when she was on patrolling at Dalu Beat and found that an illegal road of 315 Meters has been constructed by the villagers of Navan which cause damage to forest  land and Trees. An Accident case FIR No.16/15 has been registered at PS Theog today i.e. 22-01-2015 u/s 279,304A IPC on the rukka of HC Kamal Pati stated therein that an information of accident has been received at Police Post Chailla. On this information he went on spot alongwith HHC Kanshi Ram and found that one Alto Car No. HP 09A-3970 met with an accident near Jai due to rash and negligent driving of driver Chaman Lal and rolled down from road. The driver of vehicle Chaman Lal S/o Kali Ram Vill Khalotn PO Nagan Gumma Tehsil Kotkhai died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Kamal Pati I.O PP Chailla PS Theog.

Anurag Kumar Gupta IDSE,AEE E/M Jatog alleging therein that M/S Balayti Ram Mittal Pvt. Ltd. renovated the work of Vakar Hospital, Shimla and remaining construction material of above hospital was under the possession of govt. On 30-12-2014 Sh. Mohit Singh, J.E. B/R and Shashi Kant Morya J.E. E/M visited the site and found that some unknown person has stolen LT Panels, kept outside the above hospital. 2. A Murder case FIR No. 24/15 is registered at PS West today i.e. 21.01.2015 U/S 302 IPC on the rukka of Insp. Biri Singh, SHO PS West Shimla stated therein that one unidentified deadbody has recovered on 21.01.2015 near ISBT Shimla.
