1. A Tata Sumo No HP01B-8269 stolen in case FIR No. 27/13 u/s 379 IPC from the jurisdiction of Police Station East, Shimla has been recovered today from Manimazra.

2. A 12 bore gun which was stolen in case FIR No 46/13 u/s 379 IPC has been recovered with 20 live bullets by Police Station West Police on 30.03.2013.

3. On 30.03.2013, 150 gms charas was recovered by SI Ravinder Kumar and staff during patrolling near Bellow bank from one Tabreg S/O Sh Mohd. Akhtar VPO Chilkavi, district Saharanpur at present Kutub Maszid Sabzimandi, Shimla.

4. A Case FIR NO 16/13 Dated 30-03-13 u/s 411, 34 IPC is registered at Police Station Jhakri on the report of HC Suresh Kumar No. 141 I/O PS Jhakri alleging therein that during the intervening night of 29/30-03-2013, when HC Suresh Kumar No 141 was on Naka duty with staff, 20 Bundle of aluminum electric wire, 13 bags cut pieces of aluminum electric wire weight approximately 4 quintile and 20 pieces of rubber pipe were recovered from the possession of Truck Driver / owner Truck No HP25B-7185 Sh. Sonu Kumar S/O Sh laxman Dass village Dhaneta Tehsil and PS Nadaun Distt Kangra, Sonu Kumar s/o Late Sh Surender Kumar R/O Banne Teh Hatti Distt Kangra age 29 and Ravi S/O Shiv Charan village and Tehsil Rajgarh Distt Churu Rajasthan age 27 A/P residing Kwari Shop Pottery Form Tapri Distt Kinnour. Investigation is being Conducted by HC Suresh Kumar No 141 I.O. PS Jhakri.
5. On 30.03.2013 Sadar Police Shimla 11040 pouches of Kuber Khaini abd 1200 Panchhi Chhao fron the illegal possession of Sh Rakesh Kuar S/O Sh Satrohan House No. 7, Ram Bazar Shimla.

A Case FIR No 37/13 Dated 30-03-2013 u/s 20-61-85 of ND&P.S Act is registered at Police Station Kumarsain on the Report of ASI Mohan Lal I/C PP Sainj alleging theirin that During Nakabandi & Traffic Checking Along With Staff at NH22 Near Sainj ( Police Gate) about 11:23 AM, 2.5 Kg. Charas was recovered from vehicle No. HR-12R-3064 from The Possession OF 2 persons Namely Sunil Kumar S/o Sh Dalpath Singh R/O &VP0 Sanplala Tehsil & P.S Sapala Distt Rothak Haryana Age = 24 Years, & Yogesh Kumar S/o Sh Tara Chand R/o Vill Sanpala Tehsil & P.S Saspala Distt Rothak Haryana Age = 33 Years . Both Accused's Arrested . Case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal I/C PP Sainj.
7. A case FIR No. 56/13 Dated 29-03-2013 U/S 61-1-14 Ex. Act is registered at Police Station Rampur on the report of HC Mohan Joshi No. 1680 I/O PP Taklech that on 29-03-13, he alongwith staff were on patrolling near Seri Bridge and recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Madan Rahi S/O Sh. Man Bahadur Vill. Shankua Sabha PS Varavishe Distt. Kantvari Odda No.2 Anchal Kosi Nepal A/P Labour, Pempa Contractor Kashapat Road. Case is being investigated by HC Mohan Joshi No. 1680 I/O PP Taklech.
8. A Case FIR No. 57/13 Dated 29-03-13 U/S 61-1-14 Ex. Act is registered at PS Rampur on the report of HC Mohan Joshi No.1680 I/O PP Taklech that on 29-03-13, he alongwith staff were on patrolling near Charkupani and recovered 6 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh Dhani Ram S/O Sh. Lt. Kaul Ram Vill Raun PO Munish Bahali Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP. Case is being investigated by HC Mohan Joshi No.1680 I/O PP Taklech.
9. A case FIR No 29/13 Dt 29-03-13 U/S 354-A, 506, 34 IPC is registered at Police Station Theog on the application of lady of vill Raksa nana po Deha tehsil Theog distt Shimla alleging therein that Surrender s/o Rama Nand , Virender s/o Kirpa Ram and KirpaRram s/o RaGho Ram misbehaved with her and threatened her with dire consequences. This case is being investigated by ASI Babu Ram I/C PP Deha.
10. A case FIR No 30/13 Dt 29-03-13 U/S 452,354,506,323,34 IPC is registered on the Complaint of smt Kala Devi w/o Sita Ram R/o Panchdhar Thesil Theog Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 29-03-13 at about 2 PM, when she was alone at her home, Jeet Ram and Prem Singh entered her home and tried to outrage her modesty. They also threatened her with dire consequences.
11. During last 24 hours, 158 vehicles were challaned by shimla police under motor vehicle act for the violation of traffic rules, 09 persons were challaned under COTPA (cigarette and other tobacco product act, 2005). The total amount of compounding fee of challans under M.V. Act and COTPA is Rs. 31,900/-.
