1. An OBSTRUCTION BY A PERSON TO HIS LAWFUL APPREHENSION case FIR No. 43/13 at Police Station West Shimla on 15-03-13 U/S 224 IPC on the statement of Ct. Rajinder Singh 2nd IR Bn Sakoh, D/sala posted at prison duty, Kanda Jail that on 15-03-13 when he was on prison duty along with Ct. Naveen at FTC Shimla, after the peshi accused Ravi Kumar S/o Sh. Dipu Kumar R/o Vill Bharjurah, PS Anoop Shahar Distt Buland Shehar UP try to ran away from the police custody near Chiyali, but after some time above accused captured by the police persons.
2. On 15-03-13 Sh. Raj pal S/o Sh. Bhagat Singh R/o VPO Darkali, Tes Rampur telephonically informed to PP Taklech that his brother named Chander Singh aged 30 yrs along with Sh. Jyoti Lal was coming back home from Kashapat, when they reached near Dogri Khud he slipped and fell down 150 ft. into a gorge and died on the spot.
3. During last 24 hours 127 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act for the violation of Traffic rules & no one person was challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of Challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 22,800/-.
4. One person named Shyam Dass S/o Sh. Khushi Ram R/o Soniya Niwas, Jiwinu Colony, Pari Mahal, Kasumpti, has been arrested U/S 107,150 Cr.PC.
