1. A Burglary case is registered at Police Station West, Shimla on 11.03.2013 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kishor Kumar s/o Sh. Puran Chand r/o Puran Cottage near Dargah Ghoura Chowki Shimla-5 H.P. alleging therein that on 11.03.2013 at around 8-30 am, someone has broken the door of Sh. Manoj Kumar's quarter and stole away some Gold, Silver ornaments and other things from his quarter.
2. On 11.03.2013, Pradhan G.P Baghi intimated Police Post Baghi that a dead body is laying at Nehari Nullaha. On this information police reached the spot and verified the facts. No injuries were found on the body of deceased and his name and address could not be verified. The deceased (Nepali) was seen in the area before two days in mental condition. The postmortem of deceased was conducted at CHC Kotkhai. Permission for his cremation is being sought from SDM Theog.
3. During last 24 hours, 155 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of traffic rules. The Total amount of Compounding Fee of Challans under M.V. Act and COPTA is Rs. 33900/-.
