1. A ND & PS Case FIR No. 42/13 is registered at PS Chopal on 31.08.13 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act,on the rukka of Insp/SHO Kanshi Ram PS Chopal that on 30.08.13 during patrolling and checking with police party forest worker Karan Singh and Sh. Dila Ram Ex. Pradhan GP Jhorna at about 4.00 PM when they are going towards village Jhorna they found illegal cultivation of cannabis plants in the fields (Land) of Tulsi Ram S/o Magni Ram R/o Village Bag (Lihat). The case is being investigated by Insp/SHO Kanshi Ram PS Chopal.
2. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR 52/13 on 31.08.13 U/S 341,427,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yashwant Singh Project Manager Sai Urjja Hydro- Project Tagnu against Kamal Dev , Satish Kumar and Munish Kumar Vill Nasali, alleging therein that accused person stopped the ropeway of Sai Engineering Company at Harwani due to stoppage of work Company are in loss i.e many Lac. The case is being investigated by HC. Kalam Singh I/O PS Chirgaon.
3. During last 24 hours 205 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act , 02 chanlland under Mining Act. & 02 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005 & ). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV Act is Rs. 40,400/-.
