1. (ACCUSED ARRESTED AND RECOVER STOLEN PROPERTY) A BURGLARY case FIR No. 130/13 is registered at Police Station Rampur on 17-08-13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Jagat Singh S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o VPO Nogali, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 16/17-08-13 one person named Ravi S/o Sh. Laxman R/o VPO Khanotu, Teh Rampur, Distt Shimla, entered in his house and stolen away one Mobile Sony Xperia and cash Rs. 2,200/-. Total cost of stolen property is Rs. 20,000/-. Case is being investigated by ASI Jagat Singh I/o PS Rampur, Distt Shimla. Accused person has been arrested and recover stolen property.
2. An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 134/13 is registered at Police Station Dhalli shimla on 16-08-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Manu Kashyap S/o Sh. Datia Ram R/o Vill Bagri, PO Majhar, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 16-08-13 at 3:00 Pm when he was going towards Mashobra along with his Uncle Beli Ram S/o Late Sh. Het Ram R/o Vill Bagri, near Kufri and waiting for Bus towards Dhalli. At 3:30 PM one HRTC Bus No. HP-10A-1928 came rashly and hit Beli Ram from the back side, due to this above Beli Ram fell down and sustained injury. Case is being investigated by ASI Kamlender Singh I/o PS Dhalli.
3. During last 24 hours 150 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 15 challaned under COPTA. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 31,200/-.
