1. A THEFT case FIR No. 158/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 24-08-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sukhwant Singh S/o Late Sh. Gulab Singh R/o Vill Dayala, PO Ghaini, Teh, Sunni, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night of 23/24-08-13 some unknown person has stolen away his vehicle car No. HP01A-0763 parked near Khula Mod, Lakkar Bazar. Case is being investigated by HC Amar Dutt I/o PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
2. A CRIMINAL TRESPASS case FIR No. 104/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 23-08-13 U/S 447, 379, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Brij Lal S/o Sh. Saria R/o Vill Sero Rajana, PO Mahog, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 18-08-13 some persons namely Sh. Dila Ram S/o Sh. Saria, Roop Ram S/o Sh. Dila Ram, Jai Singh S/o Sh. Dila Ram and Amar Singh S/o Sh. Dila Ram all R/o Vill Sero, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla entered in his land and plucked apples from one tree and threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/o PS Theog.
3. A CRIMINAL TRESPASS case FIR No. 105/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 23-08-13 U/S 447, 379 IPC on the complaint of Soda Devi W/o Sh. Kewal Ram R/o Vill Chrei, PO Shadi, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 21-08-13 at 1:00 PM some persons namely Surat Ram S/o Sh. Narayan Singh, Shayam Singh S/o Sh. Daulat Ram and Ami Chand S/o Sh. Kanshi Ram all R/o Vill Chamroth, PO Shadi, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, entered in her land and stolen away 40-50 Apple boxes. Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/C PP Matiana.
5. During last 24 hours 129 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 15 challaned under COPTA. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 36,370/-.
