CRIME REPORT 14 AUGUST

 1.   AN ACCIDENT  Case FIR No.149/13 is registered  at  PS Sadar on  13/8/13  U/S  279, 337 IPC registered at P.S Sadar Simla  on  the statement  of  Sh Harish Kumar S/o Sh  Hiramani Vill. Pansora P.O Navgoan  Tehsil  Arki Distt Solan,  alleging therein that on 13.8.13 at about 7.45 PM when  he was sitting in Taxi  No HP02A- 0672 near Ritz cinema  a  Taxi HRTC No HP02A-0672 came to back side and  hit him  due to which he received injury on his Left  Leg. This accident took place due to negligent driving by the driver namely Suresh Kumar. The Case is being investigated by ASI Lachhmi Singh I/O P.S Sadar Simla.

 2.  AN ACCIDENT Case FIR No 99/13 is registered at PS Theog on  14.08.13 U/S 279 IPC  on the statement of Sh Kishori  Lal S/o Kodru Ram  R/o Village &  P.O  Khunni Sub- Teh. Nankhari Distt Shimla, alleging therein that  he is the driver of Pickup  No HR68A-7797, he was going to his home. When he reached to Lalpani  near  Khachi mod Theog  NH 22 At8.45 A.M  One Alto Car  No HP09b-2002 came from Sandhu  to  very  rash  and wrongly and hit his above vehicle. The accident occur due to rash and negligent driving of the bus driver namely Diwan Singh R/o Madhan Koti. The Case is being investigated by H.C Ramesh Chand  I/O PS Theog.

 3.   A BURGLARLY Case FIR  No. 50/13 is registered  at  PS Rohru on 14.08.13 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the statement of Pankaj Shah S/o Sh. Sona Lal Shah R/o Vill. Vasaha P.O.Rajapatti  Teh. & Distt. Gopalganj Bihar A/P Owner SS Mobile PL Kalta complex Rohru  alleging therein that on  13/14.08.13 in intervening night some unknown culprits broken the Shop Sheetar Lock and stolen five mobile set marka  Videocon, 3 set v-1548 Videocon, 2 set a-47 videocon, A-26 one set Videocon, 2 set Samsung, one set Rex-60, one set Rex-80, 3 set VT 75C Videocon, one set Micromex110, one set Intex, 2 head phone Nokia, 1-pot, 4 piece pen drive 4GB, one mobile set Micromex 450, one digital Camera Sony.  Total cost  Rs. 1  Lac. Approx.  The Case is being investigated by ASI Bhupinder Singh I/O P.S Rohru.The  Stolen  Property has been  recovered  & accused  apprehended

     4.   During last 24 hours 154 vehicles were challaned by Shimla  Police  under MV Act  &  07  persons were challaned  under  COTPA  (Cigarette  &  Other  Tobacco Act 2005  & ) 02 challaned under  Mining ACT.  The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV Act is Rs. 33,800
