1.Case FIR No. 204/17 Dated 23.010.17 U / S 20, 29 ND & PS Act. P.S. West Shimla has been registered on the rukka of SI Vijay Kumar I/O PS West alleging therein that on 22.10.2017 at about 11:00 PM, patrolling alongwith  staff,one person Santosh Kumar S / O Mr. Paniya Ram R / O Revshi Balenya PO. Tyali Tehsil  Theog distt. Shimla intercepted by them near H.P.C.L. Office and recovered 560 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigating by SI Vijay Kumar I/O PS West.
2.An accident Case Fir No 121/17 Dt. 23-10-17 U / S 279,337 IPC & 185 MV Act  has been registered  on the statement of Mr. Vijay Kumar S / O Shri Jiva Ram R / O village Gandhayota PO. Hanuman Barooh, Tehsil Arki district Solan and age 37 years that on  dated 22 / X / 17  he was around 9.15 / 9.30 PM for the evening walk,  then at the same time, a Maruti car No. HP01A-5082  came from Jhunjhari towards Upper Jhunjhari. The driver, whose name was Karam Chand looking alcoholism . In view of this, the driver of the car, Karam Chand has falle down the vehicle from road .That is why the driver of the car driver Kamchand has suffered a lot, due to the sharp rift, negligence and misery caused by running. The case is being investigating by Hc Inder Singh No. 185 I/O PS New Shimla.

3.A Trespass case FIR NO 197/17 DATED 22-10-2017 U / S 457, 380 IPC PS THEOG  has been registered on the complaint of  Munish Sharma, son Shri Krishna Dutt Sharma, ward no. - 6 Shali Bazaar, Theog, District- Shimla, that it stores mobile in the Shalei Bazar, in the name of SM Enterprise, near Amartex. It was closed at 7:30 pm last night, it was today, on 22/10/17, when it reached its shop at around 11 o'clock in the morning, shops of the shops were broken. It was found to have been stolen from the inside of 6 mobile phones which included a Tab of DELL company, HTC One-1 mobile, Intex Aqua Pro = 1, Gionee CTRL VUS = 1, GIONEE Pioneer P2 = 1, JIVI 3207 = 1 rack The price is close to 50,000 rupees The above mobile bill will be introduced later, the mobile phone has been seized by the unknown person after breaking the store locks at night and stealing it from inside the shop. The case is being investigating by Hc Sanjeev Kumar  No.1681 I/O PS Theog.

4.A Case FIR No 80/17 dated 22-10-2017 U/S 451,323 IPC PS Jhakhri  has been registered on the Statement of Sh. Bhagat Chand Sharma S/O Sh Leela Dutt Sharma R/O Shanari PO Shingla Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla At present Shop Keeper  Sarahan  there in  he stated that  on dated 22-10-2017 at about 6.30 AM his Room Door knocked by un known person when he opened  the  door the unknown person hit stone on his head. In this incident he has got sustained injuries in his head but he do not know about the person  who hit the stone  on his head .Case is being investigating by HC Ram Lal  I/O PP  Sarahan  PS Jhakri .

 5.A Trespass ase FIR No175/17 Dated 23/10/17 U/S 457,380,511 IPC PS Rampur has been registred on the application of Arun Kumari Branch Manager Dena Bank alleging therein that on dated 23/10/17 some unknown persons attempted to damaged ATM machine installed in Bank.Case is being investigated by ASI Hoshyar Singh IC PP City Rampur Bsr.

uring last 24 hours 207 vehicle were challan under MV Act, compounded 87 & fine realized Rs. 29,100/- and 20 persons challan under Smoking Act, fine collected Rs. 2100/- .
