किया जाता है कि दिनांक 09.11.2017 को हि0प्र0 विधानसभा चुनाव के दृष्टिगत सभी
लाईसैंस धारकों से आग्रह किया जाता है कि वे अपने –2 शस्त्रों को नजदीकी पुलिस
थाना / जिला नाजर मालखाना (या) Arms Dealers के पास कल शाम दिनांक 27.10.2017 तक जमा करवाना
सुऩिश्चत करें। खेद का विषय है कि जिला के बहुत से लाईसैंस धारकों ने इस सन्दर्भ
में एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक होने का परिचय नही दिया है। अत: आपको पुन: सचेत किया जाता है कि यह चुनाव आयोग के आदेशों की
अवहेलना समझी जाएगी व सम्बन्धित उलंघनकर्ता के शस्त्र लाईसैंस को रद्द किये जाने
की जिला मजिस्ट्रेट से अंनुशंसा की जाएगी तथा उलंघनकर्ता के विरूद्ध पुलिस द्वारा नियमानुसार
कार्यवाही भी की जाएगी। याद रहे कि पुलिस उलंघनकर्ताओं के निवास पर देर सवेर दबिश
भी देगी।

APPEAL
It is brought to the notice of general
public that in view of the assembly elections in the state of HP scheduled for
09.11.2017, all arm license holders are requested to deposit their arms with nearest
Police Station / District Nazir Malkhana (or) Arms Dealers by tomorrow evening i.e.
27.10.2017 positively. Failure to deposit the arms would amount to violation of
the orders of Election Commission and in that event matter would be taken up
with the District Magistrate for the cancellation of arms license of the violator
besides deem fit legal action under set up laws by the police. It is further reiterated
that the police would also raid the houses / premises of violators from
tomorrow onwards.
