Crime Report Oct 31, 2017

1.    An Other IPC Fir No. 201/17 dated 30-10-2017 u/s 341, 34 IPC   has been registered at PS  Theog  on the statement of  Sh. Sanjay Sharma S/o Sh. Paras Ram  R/o  Raselli PO, Tehsil Theog, Distt.  Shimla age 42 years alleging therein that on dated 30-10-2017 at about 6  PM when was on the way in vehicle no. HP63-4737 towards Jais Ghati then driver of vehicle no. HP09C-2396 wrongfully restrained his way and he along with two other persons attacked him resulting he sustained minor injuries. Case has been registered and is being investigated by I/O PS  Theog.  

2.   An Other IPC FIR No. 89/17 dated 30.10.17 U/S 341,323,504,506,427 IPC has been registered at PS Chirgaon on the statement of Sh. Medru S/O Lt. Sh. Suban Dass Village Atgaon P.O Gaonsari Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therin that on dated 29-10-17 accused Virender Kumar S/O Sh. Medru Village Atgaon P.O Gaonsari Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla wrongfully restrained his way and attacked him and threatened to life. Case is being investigated by HC Pawan Singh No.62 I.O of this PS. Chirgaon. 

3.   An Accident Case FIR No. 91/17 dated 31-10-17 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Chirgaon on the statement of Smt. Aarti W/O Sh. Sunil Kumar VPO Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi alleging that on dated 30-10-17 she and her husband Sunil Kumar was coming towards Sandasu from Khashdhar in vehicle Pikup driven by Sunil Kumar. At about 9.30 PM when they reached near Parwati Kainchi Khashdhar road driver Sunil Kumar lose his control on the vehicle and the vehicle fell approx. 100 mtr. down from the road. Both are sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Jagat Ram No. 1692 I.O PS Chirgaon.

4.   An Accident Case FIR No.127 /17 dated 31-10-17 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the statement of Rajinder Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Mohli, P/o Teshan, Teh. Kumarsain, Distt Shimla alleging that on dated 31-10-17 . At about 9.30 AM when was coming toward lohuri to sainj and reached near Kani Nalla he saw that one Alto Car no. HP35-3114 meet with an accident and rolled down about 150 feet from the road and 5 persons sustained injuries in this accident. Case is being investigating by I.O. PS Kumarsain.

5.   A Gambling Act Case Case FIR No.126 /17 dated 31-10-17 U/S 4-3-1867 Gambling Act has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the rukka of ASI Hem Chand alleging that he recovered Rs. 61,000/- from the possession of 14 persons who were plying illegal gambling at Bhutti Case is being investigating by I.O. PS Kumarsain.

6.   An Essential Commodities Act Case FIR No 125/17 dated 30-10-17 U/S 3,7 Essential Commodities act has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the Rukka of ASI Devi Ram I/O P.S Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that he recovered 160 Ltrs Diesel  during raid into the Hotel/ Dhaba of  Subash Verma S/o Sh Chunni Lal Verma R/O Vill Kanda PO Chekul Tehsil Kumarsain  Distt  shimla. Case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/O P.S Kumarsain.

7.   A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No. 127/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Rohru and recovered 12 Bottles of English liquor. 

8.   A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No. 128/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Rohru and recovered 60 Bottles of Country, 10 bottles English liquor & 12 Bottles of Beer.     

9.   A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No.   62/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Chopal and recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor. 

10.   A H.P. Excise Act  Case FIR No. 210/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS West and  recovered 10 Bottles of English liquor.

11.   A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No. 212/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS West and recovered 05 Bottles of English liquor.

12.  A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No.   74/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act PS has been registered at PS Jubbal and recovered 08 Bottles of Country liquor & 6 Bottles of Beer.

 

13.   A H.P. Excise Act  Case FIR No.   90/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Chirgaon. Recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor. 

14.   A H.P. Excise Act  Case FIR No. 124/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Kumarsain. Recovered 04 Bottles of Country liquor. 

15.  During last 24 hours 297 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded =151 & fine realized Rs. 66,000/- and 28 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fined Rs. 2,900/-
