Crime Report Oct. 27

1.      Case FIR No.206/17 U/S 341,323,504.34 IPC at PS West registered on the statement of Umesh Kumar S/O Sh.Gopal Singh R/O Ghandal PO. Shakrah Tehsil &Distt. Shimla. Alleging there in that on 26.10.17 at about 9:15 AM when he was coming back to Ghanhatti after dropping his brother’s children at their school, a person namely Vinod  Kumar  with his friend stopped his vehicle and scuffle with him.  By which he sustained various injuries.The case is being investigating by HC Madan Lal I/O PS West.

2.      Case FIR No. 187/17 dated 26.10.17 U/S 420 IPC at PS Sadar registered on the complaint of Lt. Col,(Retd.Nanak Singh Reen R/O House No.3274 Ground Floor, Sector 21D, Chandigarh 160022., who is  a account holder of PNB at Sector 22 Chandigarh. While withdrawing cash from ATM near BSNL exchange , The Mall Road Shimla some unknown person exchange his ATM card and made several transactions from different places and had withdraw Rs. 1,59,000. The case is being investigating by ASI Rajesh I/O PS Sadar.

3.      An Excise Act. Case FIR No. 114/17 dated 26.10.17 U/S 39(1) H.P. Excise Act at PS Kumarsain has been registered on the Rukka of SI/SHO Sunny Guleria. That during petrolling along with staff he recovered 5 bottles of country Liquor Rangar Orange from the possession of Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Guman SinghR/O Vill. Kanda PO Shamathla Tehsil Kumarsain Age 34years into the Dhaba of above namly Singha Bhojnalya Kingal NH-5. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO Sunny Guleria I/O PS Sadar.

4.      An Excise Act. Case FIR No. 73/17 dated 26.10.17 U/S 39(1) H.P. Excise Act at PS Jubble has been registered on the Rukka of ASI Keshav Chand I/C PP S/Nagar. That during petrolling towards Sansog  along with staff when he reached at Dharal Nala he recovered 12 bottles of country Liquor marka Una No.1  from the possession of Surender  Kumar S/O Sh. Nath Ram R/O Sansog  PO Dhadi Rawat  Tehsil Jubble  Age 23 years into the Dhaba of above namly Singha Bhojnalya Kingal NH-5. The case is being investigating by ASI Keshav Chand I/O PS Jubbal.

5.      An Excise Act. Case FIR No.177/17 dated 26.10.17 U/S 39(1) H.P. Excise Act at PS Rampur has been registered on the Rukka of ASI Amar Singh . Alleging therein that at about 6.30 PM when he was on  petrolling along with staff  at Nogli he received a secret information that Sunder Singh S/O Sh.Puran Chand R/O Vill Kalna PO Shingla Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla  selling wine in his Hotel/Dhaba. On this he raided in the Hotel /Dhaba  and recovered 8 bottles of country Liquor marka Una No.1 without licence/permit from the possession of Sunder  Singh.The case is being investigating by ASI Amar Singh I/O PS Rampur.

6.      An Excise Act. Case FIR No.57/17 dated 26.10.17 U/S 39(1) H.P. Excise Act at PS Chopal has been registered on the Rukka of SI/SHO Kamlesh Kumar . That during Nakabandi  he received a secret information reg. excise  during raid recovered 168 bottles of country Liquor from the possession of  Partap Singh S/O Sh.Chet Ram R/O Vill.Navan PO. Chambi Tehsil Chopal. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO Kamlesh Kumar I/O PS hopal.

7.      An Excise Act. Case FIR No. 85/17 dated 26.10.17 U/S 39(1) H.P. Excise Act at PS Chirgaon has been registered  against Virender Singh Rihan S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Chilala PO. Chilala Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla During search of his Dhaba at near Pujarli Road  Chirgaon and recovered 24 bottels of country Liquor Rangar Orange from his possession. The case is being investigating by HC Madan Lal I/O PS Chirgaon.

8.      An accident case FIR No. 178/17 dated 26.10.17 at PS Rampur has been registered  on the statement of Manjeet Singh S/O Ramesh Kumar R/O Vihal PO Karsog Distt. Mandi in which he stated that when he reached at Nogli, a JCB bearing No. 19B 3266 hit his truck bearing No. HP 62A 2606, due to which heavy loss is found to his truck. The case is being investigating by HC Narjeev  I/O PS Rampur.

9.      During the last 24 hours 371vehicles have been challaned under MV Act in which 148 vehicles have been  compounded  and fine Rs. 43,300/-  and 28 persons has been challaned under Smoking Act and  Fine Rs. 2800/-
