   1. An Excise Act case FIR No. 84/17 Dt. 24.10.17 U/S 39 (1) HP Excise Act PS Chirgaon Shimla has been registered on the ruka of ASI Suresh Kumar I.O PS alleging therein that on 24-10-17 at about 6-30 pm during Naka Bandi alongwith staff alleged that at 6.00 pm near Badiyara during Naka Bandi and recovered 05 bottles marka Contrary liquor from the possession of one person Bunty S/O Sh. Shiv Ram VPO Kaloti, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla. The case is being investigated Case is being investigated by ASI Suresh Kumar, I/O PS Chirgaon.

2.     An Excise Act case FIR No. 19/17 Dt. 24.10.17 U/S 39 (1) HP Excise Act PS Nankhari Shimla has been registered on the ruka of SI/SHO CHINT RAM PS  Nankhari Shimla alleging therein that on 24-10-17 at about 5-15 pm during Patrolling alongwith staff conducted raid in the shop of Puran Singh S/o Padam Dass R/O VPO Sharan Tehsil Nankhari District Shimla HP and recovered 12 bottles marka Contrary liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO CHINT RAM,  PS Nankhari, District Shimla HP.

3.     An Excise Act case FIR No. 70/17 Dt. 24.10.17 U/S 39 (1) HP Excise Act PS Sunni Shimla has been registered on the ruka of ASI Dilu Ram I/O PS Sunni alleging therein that on 24-10-17 at about 8-30 pm during Patrolling alongwith staff at Madholghat one person namely Jai Kumar S/o Sh. Leeladhar Sharma R/O VPO Bahili, Tehsil Nehri, District Mandi HP and recovered 48 bottles marka Contrary liquor from his possession. The case is being investigated by ASI Dilu Ram I/O PS Sunni Shimla.

4.     An Excise Act case FIR No. 122/17 Dt. 24.10.17 U/S 39 (1) HP Excise Act PS New Shimla has been registered on the ruka of ASI Rajinder Singh, I/O  PS New Shimla alleging therein that on 24-10-17 at about 10:40 pm during Patrolling alongwith staff at Khalini Chowk Shimla and recovered 12 bottles marka Contrary liquor from the possession one person namely Rohit S/o Sh. Shyam Lal R/o Ghanshyam Niwas Lower Khalni near Ganga publice School jhanghari, Teh and district Shimla HP. The case is being investigated by ASI Rajinder Singh, I/O PS new Shimla.

5.     A CASE FIR NO. 20/17 DATED 24/10/2017 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC PS Nankhari has been registered on the written complaint of Aasha Devi W/O Harpal Thakur R/o Khanewli PO Dev Nagar The. Rampur slrging that on 24.10.2017 at about 06.00-06.15 PM when she was in her parental house Banoga and going toward cow shed , her aunty and her son obstructed her way and beaten her brutally by which she had sustained injuries and also threaten her for dier consquencies  The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay No. 83. I/O PS Nankhari.

6.   CASE FIR NO. 198/17 DATED 24-10-2017 U/S 505(2) IPC PS THEOG. has been registered on the complaint of  Sh. Digvijay Chand against the defamatory post posted on the facebook account of Mr. Rakesh Singh, proposed candidate from Theog (61) of CPI(M) has been posting a derogatory content on his social media account. The complainant has an unblemished reputation in the society. Moreover, the being a constituent from the constituency mentioned above, it would not be out of place to mention here that the complainant has an untarnished record in public life in which he has been active for the last many years. The complainant posted a defamatory post which is threatening in nature on his facebook page titled as Rakesh Singha page. It crystal clear that the motive of such a post is to malign the threaten the leaders of the state who might contest elections against him in the coming Vidhan Sabha elections. Additionally , rather than canvassing for Mr. Rakesh Singha, the post also extends veiled threats to the a very reputed leader of state and the current Chief Minister Sh. Virbhadra Singh Ji. The tone and tenor of the post is totally contrary in the spirit of election process as envisaged in the Representation of Peoples Act, 1951. The democracy and malicious post has been post just to prejudice the prospects of the complements election. This case has been investigated by SI Subhash Chand I/on PS Theog.

7.   Case FIR No. 205/17 Dated 25.010.17 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC P.S. West Shimla has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Amarjeet S/o Sh. Maya Ram alleged that some persons namely Neraj, Arun Chander kumar and pankaj had beaten his worker at his work place i.e. Jio Showroom at  Shoghi . The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram Verma I/O PS West, Shimla.

8.   Case FIR No. 124/17 dated 24.10.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC at PS Kotkhai . This case has been      registered on the statement of Ankush Chadiyak S/o sh. Nardash Chadiyak R/O Vill. Bhawana P.O Pudag Teh. Kotkhai alleging therein that one vehicle bearing registered number HP09C-1028 Bolero Camper met with an accident at BalKothi ( Bhawana) in which two person namely Anil Chaidyaik and Pardeep Reckta sustained  various injurious. This case is being investigated by HC Tulsi Ram No. 72 I/o PS Kotkhai. Shimla.

9.   Case FIR No. Case FIR No 176/17 Dated 25/10/17 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC at PS Rampur. This case has been registered on the complaint of  Sh. Mukal Dogra S/o Sh. Padam Dogra R/o Village Jhalarh P/o Sarahan Tehsil Nirmand District Kullu alleging therein that one on 25-10-2017 at about 8-30 AM when reached Gandhi Park at Rampur they were obstruct by Sushil Palsara and his friends, they all are studying in G.S.S.S Rampur. They gives several blows on the back of Mukal Dogra and beaten by stick. This case is being investigated by ASI Hoshiar Singh I/O PS Rampur.   

10.    During last 24 hours 282 vehicles challaned under MV Act and fine of Rs. 64,500/.was collected. 35 persons challaned under smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 3600/-.
