81/17 dated 13.10.17 U/S 20/61/85 ND&PS
Act has been registered in
Police Station Chirgaon on the ruka of HC Jagat Ram No. 1692, I/O PS
Chirgaon stating therein that on 13.10.2017 he along with staff was on
patrolling & traffic checking towards Lampatti, Tikkri etc. During routine
checking 65 gram Charas has been recovered from the possession of
accused Davinder Singh, R/o VPO Tikkri, Tehsil Chirgaon, District Shimla. Case
is being investigated by HC Jagat Ram No. 1692 I/O PS Chirgaon, District
Shimla.
A Excise Act - Case FIR no. 188/17 dated
14/10/2017 u/s 39
(1)(a) HP Ex. Act has been registered in
PS Theog on the ruka of SI Subhash Chand, I/O PS Theog, District Shimla
stating therein that on 13.10.2017 he along with staff was on patrolling /
traffic checking duty duty towards Sainj. During checking at around 11.30 PM, a
vehicle No. HP09C-3869 (Swift) which was driven by Surender S/o Sh. Moti RAM
r/O Village Bajroli, PO Blaghar, Tehsil Theog was intercepted by the police.
Dering search of above vehicle 10 boxes of English liquor (each contain 12
bottles) marka Royal Stag have been recoverd. The case is being investigated by
SI Subhash Chand, I/O PS Theog.
A Excise Act - Case FIR No. 108/2017 dated 13.10.2017 U/S 39 HP Excise Act., has been registered in PS
Kumarsain on
the Rukka of ASI Devi Ram I/O P.S Kumarsain that on 13-10-2017 at About 12-:15
pm, during Patrolling / Nakkabandi along
with staff near Premnagar /Kachinghatti Biofrication, 10 bottles C/Liquor marka
Una NO-1 have been recovered from the
possession of Raj kumar @ Bittu S/o Sh Kahan Singh R/o Vill Shalla PO Pharal
Tehsil Kumarsain . Accused Arrested & released on bail . Case is being
investigated By ASI Devi Ram I/O P.S

A PDP Act -case
FIR No. 185/17 dated 13.10.17 U/S 3 PDP ACT has been registered in Police Station Theog on
the statement of Sh. Rajesh Verma, General Secretary, Block Congress Committee, Kusumpti,
Shimla, H.P. alleging therein that on 13.09.2017, Hon'ble Chief Minister of
Himachal Pradesh, Sh. Virbadhar Singh and Smt. Vidya Stokes along with Sh. Rana
Anirudh Singh, MLA, Kusumpti and Sh. Mahender Stan had inaugurated Sabji Mandi
at Fagu and foundation stone was laid down by them. On 13.10.17, when he was on the way to Faug from his village,
he saw that the said foundation stone has been tried to be uprooted by some
hooligans and even the name of the Hon'ble Chief Minister and other dignitaries
on the foundation stone has been partly uprooted. He is further requested to
look into the matter and take appropriate legal action against the culprits so
that in future no person takes law in their own hands and bring shame to the
state and the dignitaries of the state. The case is being investigated by HC
Shatish Kumar No. 1679, I/O PP Fagu, District Shimla.

PDP Act - case FIR no. 189/17 dated
14/10/2017 u/s 3
of PDP has been registered on the complainant of Sh. Rajesh Banchta, Assistant Engineer, Theog Sub Division HPPWD
Theog, District Shimla alleging therein that yesterday on 13.10.2017, a dinner
was organized by Rotary Club Theog in the HPPWD circuit House. During dinner of
Rotary Club, some unknown person entered in the dining Hall and damaged the
Govt. Property. The case is being investigated by HC Sudesh Kumar No. 28, I/O
PS Theog, District Shimla.
A wrongfully restrain - case FIR
No. 174/2017 dated 13.10.2017 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been
registered in PS Rampur on the complainant
of Sh. Pankaj S/O Sh. Chaya Ram R/o village Tharala, PO Jao, Tehsil Nirmand, Distt Kullu, HP alleging therein that
on dated 13/10/17 at about 3.30 PM, he was going to Jagat Khana, on the way
near Nalu Pani Rampur 3-4 unknown boys obstructed his way and
beaten him. Case is being investigated by ASI Hoshiyar Singh, IC PP City
Rampur.
A Theft - Case FIR No. 116/17
dated 13.10.2017 U/S 379 IPC has been
registered in PS East, Shimla on
the complaint of Sh. Naveen Sharma S/o Lt. Sh. Desh Raj R/o Ayuhs Lodge, Flat
No. 2, Vikas Nagar, Shimla alleging therein that he runs Mansa Jewelers shop at
Vikas Nagar, Shimla. On 11.10.2017 at about 06.30 PM, a person who was
identified later, as Avdhesh S/o Sh.
Basaban R/o village Dumhi, PO Dharam Pur, PS Savrai, Kushi Nagar, UP age 29
years came in his shop and asked about the price of a pair of ear ring. Said
person has also visited in his shop on 09.10.2017. Thereafter, said person
stolen away one pair of ear ring and run away from the shop. Stolen ear ring
recovered and accused has been arrested. Investigation is on progress.
A accident Case FIR No. 187/2017 dated 13.10.2017
U/S 279, 337 IPC has been
registered in PS Theog on the statement of Sh. Ranjohar Singh Kanwar R/O Village Tiyali, Tehsil Theog, District
Shimla alleging therein that on 13.10.2017 he along with his maternal uncle Sh.
Amar Singh was going to his home in vehicle No. HP09-A-2963 (Alto). At about
07.30 PM, When they reached near Gallu, a vehicle No. HP63C-1133 (Alto) coming
from opposite direction, hit his car, due to which they sustained injuries. The
case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand No. 136, I/O PP Fagu, District
Shimla.
A Case FIR No. 186/17 dated 211, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in PS Theog on the complainant of Sh. Anant
Ram Negi R/O Village Halila, PO Mahasu, Tehsil Kotkhai, District Shimla
alleging therein that one Kapil Dev Sharam organized a rally at Bus Stand Theog
and when he was presided over the people, he alleged some baseless heinous
allegation related to Guriya Murder case against the complainant. He further
alleged that said person threatened with dire consequence. The case is being
investigated by ASI Ajeet Singh, I/O PS Theog, District Shimla.
A Case FIR
No. 196/2017 dated 14.10.2017 U/S 505(2)., has been registered in PS West,
Shimla on the complaint of Sh. Ganesh Dutt Tiwari, Vice- Chairman BJP, HP
A/P Ganesh Kutir, Thakur Bag, Annadale, Shimla alleging therein that some
unknown person is using a facebook account in the name of Sharma Shalini and
uploaded vulgar/objectionable posts which insulted the party. Said person wrote
some comments against the complainant & Sanjay Sood. The case is being
investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS West, Shimla.
During last 24 hours 150 vehicle were challened under MV
Act, compounded 113 & fine realized Rs 37,000/- and 19
persons challaned under Smoking Act
and fine collected Rs. 1900/-.

हि0प्र0 विधानसभा चुनाव के दृष्टिगत, चुनाव आयोग के आदेशानुसार सभी लाईसैंसदार अपने-2
हथियारों को शीघ्र अति शीघ्र अपने नजदीकी पुलिस थाना में लाईसैंस सहित जमा करवायें
। इस सन्दर्भ में जिलाधीश महोदय, जिला शिमला द्वारा अधिसूचना भी जारी की गई है,
अन्यथा नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जा सकती है । इसके अतिरिक्त यह भी निवेदन किया
जाता है कि सडक के किनारे अनाधीकृत तौर पर खडे किये गये वाहनो को तत्काल हटायें
ताकि यातायात एवमं सरकारी कार्यों के निष्पादन में कोई असुविधा उत्पन्न न हो । यह
कदम विधानसभा चुनाव के संचालन एवमं सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से अनिवार्य है ।
