ND&PS Act :- Case FIR No. 118/17 dated 16-10-17 u/s 20-61-1985
ND&PS Act, has been registered in PS
Rohru on the rukka of HC Ankit No. 111, I/O PS Rohru, District Shimla
alleging therein that on 15.10.2017 he
was on patrolling along with staff towards Samoli & Seema. At about 9:30 PM, when
they reached at Seema, a Juvenile Amit S/o
Sh. Shishpal R/o VPO Khashdhar, Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla age 17 years was
intercepted by the police. During search, 61 grams charas have been recovered
from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Ankit N0. 111,
I/O PS Rohru, District Shimla.
A case FIR No. 191/17 dated 15.10.2017 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in
Police Station Theog on the complaint of Sh. Virender S/o Sh. Dev Raj R/o
VPO Lalupul (Sainj), Tehsil Theog, District Shimla alleging therein that he
runs a hotel at Sainj. On 14.10.2017 at about 10.30 PM, one person Monu R/o
village Baldhar along with other two persons came in his hotel/dhaba and kept a
bottle on the table and started to drunken wine. Thereafter, he started
quarrelling with him and threatened with dire consequence. The case is being
investigated by ASI Puroshotam Chand, I/C PP
Chhailla, District Shimla.
During last 24 hours 339 vehicle were challan under MV Act,
compounded 106 & fine realized Rs. 36,600/- and 16
persons challan under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1600/-.
