at about 6.00 pm during patrolling along with staff at Meet Market Rohru, he
conducted raid in the Dhaba of Shrishti Mall W/o Naveen Kumar, R/o Vill. Karkuiya
and recovered 6 bottles country liquor
marka Himachal Orange. The case is being investigated by ASI Vishesh Kumar
I/C PP City Rohru

An Excise Act case FIR No. 126/17 Dt.
25.10.17 U/S 39 (1) A has been registered at PS Rohru on the ruka of ASI Bhagi Rath, I/C PP Tikkar, alleging therein that today on
dated 25-10-17 at about 6.00 pm, during Patrolling along with staff at Kayar
near Shalash, he conducted raid in the Dhara of Moti Ram S/O Jang Badhur Nepali
and recovered illicit liquor marka Cash Santra -49 boxes, Pahari Santra -4
boxes, Taza Santra -1 box and Ras Bhara
Santra 1 Box, Total =55 Boxes. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagi Rath, I/C PP Tikkar.

FIR No. 112/17 dated 25.10.2017 U/s 39 (1) A HP Excise Act has been
registered at PS Rohru on the rukka of
SI Sunny Guleria , SHO PS Kumarsain, alleging therein that today on 25.10.2017 at about 5-30 PM when he
was on patrolling along with staff at
Borubag he received a secret
information that one Bhupender Kumar , S/o Sh. Kirpal selling wine in his dhaba. On this he raided in the dhaba and
recovered 5 bottles of country liquor Mark Orange without licence/
permit.

case FIR No. 113/17 u/s 13 of Gambling Act has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the rukka of HC Ram Sen, I/O PS Kumarsain alleging therein that on 25.10.2017 he was on
patrolling duty along with PS staff. At about 5.15 PM when they reached at Prem
Nagar , they found 4 persons namely Kapil S/o Janglu Ram, Devinder S/o Tej Ram,
Gopal S/o Bhagat Ram and Ramesh S/o Lobhi Ram playing gamble with playing card and recovered Rs. 1160/- from their
possession. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Sain, I/O PS Kumarsain.

25-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Ex. Act has been registered at PS Jhakri on the Rukka
of ASI Purshottam Ram, Incharge PP Jeori, alleging therein that on dated 25-10-2017 at
about 2-30 pm, when he along with staff was
present at Rangori he recovered 5
bottles of illegal local wine without any legal permit & license from the
possession of Arun Parkash s/o Sh. Shishi Ram , R/O Rangori, PS Jhakri Distt.
Shimla.

82/2017 dated 25-10-2017 U/S 13 Public Gambling Act has been registered on the Rukka of HC Harbans
Lal No. 98 I/O PS Jhakri, alleging
therein that on 25-10-2017 during patrolling at
Raheri Market along with staff he found four
persons namely (1) Shyam Balon S/O Sh,
Bir Bhadur (2) Shishu Pal S/o Fangru Ram R/O vpo Jhakri(3) Pasang Lama S/O Sh.
Ranjan Lama R/O VPO Sarahan (4) Rajender Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Nath R/O Shah a playing
gamble and during search Rs. 1600/- recovered
from their possession . The Case is being investigating by HC Harbans Lal NO 98,
I.O PS Jhakri.

from Rattanpur to Maghara he recovered 7 bottles local wine marka Una No. 1 without permit/license from the possession of Rajesh
Khanna S/O Sh . Gopal Singh, R/O Koshgar
PO Majhwali, Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP. The Case is being investigating by ASI Jeet
Ram I/O PS Jhakri.

PS Jhakri on the Rukka of ASI Ram Pal, I/C PP Jeori, alleging therein that
on 25-10-2017 at about 5-45 pm during patrolling
when he was present along with staff at
Nanti, he recovered 5 bottles of local
wine marka Una No. 1 without permit/license from the possession of Daulat Ram
S/O Sh. Shiv Lal, R/O vill. Nanti, Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP. The Case is being investigating by ASI Jeet Ram,
I/C PP Jeori.
9. A Case
FIR No. 206/17 Dated 26.10.17 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC P.S. West Shimla has
been registered on the coplaint of Umesh kumar S/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Vill.
Ghandal P.O. Shakrah Tehsil & Diastrict Shimla that on dated 26.10.2017
when he was parking his vehice HP 63A-4351 at Ghanahatti at 09:15 AM then VInod
Kumar and his friend abused him started beating him without any reason. The
case has been investigated by the I.O. HC madan Lal No. 123 PS West Shimla.
During the last 24 hours 624 vehicles
have been challaned under MV Act in which 342 vehicles have been compounded and fine Rs. 97700/- and 35 persons has been challaned under
Smoking Act and Fine Rs. 3500/-
