Arrest of Accused in Demonetization case

Today  Accused Sh. Nar Singh Dutt S/o Sh. Anant Ram R/o Vill Jud PO Marothi Kalashan Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi has been arrested in case FIR No. 03/17 dated 02-01-2016 u/s 380 IPC at PS Sadar Shimla. Narsingh Dutt was absconding after theft. He has deposited 30 lacs rupees in his relatives accounts and his own account after demonetization. Rs. 13 lacs remains to be recovered from accused Narsingh Dutt.  District Police Shimla has put strenuous efforts to arrest the accused. The  sketch of accused was circulated within or out of District. The dump data of at and around bank was analyzed and call details and CCTV footage was collected. After tireless journey Police succeed in tracing out the accused. Subsequently the accused was arrested on 13.10.2017 and  will be produced before Ld. Court on 14-10-2017.    

Arrest of Proclaimed Offender 

Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Sewak Ram Vill Palan P.O. Koti Tehsil and Distt Shimla has been arrested in case FIR No. 78/14 dated 28-06-2014 u/s 279,337, 304 A IPC   PS Dhalli
