A case FIR No. 198/17 dated 18.10.2017 U/S 285,304A  IPC P.S. West Shimla has been registered on the written statement of  Mr. Ankush Sood  S/O  Mr. Ashok Kumar Sood R / O Tara Bhojala Opposite A.G. Office of the District, Shimla. On dated 17.11.17 at 8.15 pm in the evening he was sitting at the shop counters of their shop. Its workers were working in the kitchen. Lucky and Anil were cutting the onion vegetables in the upper floor inside the restaurant that suddenly there the room was spreading in the kitchen and the workers started stirring that there was a fire. On which this and other workers ran out of that side. On seeing the fire surrounded the entire shop. This promptly prompted the Fire Tenders and the police. On which the police and the fire brigade seized the fire, Lakki, who was working in the upper floor of the shop, saved himself by jumping, but Anil came under fire, due to which he died. A case FIR No. 199/17 dated 18.10.2017 U / S 435 IPC P.S. West Shimla has been registered on the written statement of   Mr. Anurag Kashyap, S/O  Mr. Hira Nand Kashyap  R / O VPO and District Shimla, on date 17.10.2017, at 10.15 pm, it was working in his shop. Then its worker Rinku told that two trucks on the other side of the road were set on fire, on which at the same time they called the police station, Baluganj and Fire Tenders, the Fire Department came and seized the fire. The number of trucks is HP16-3075 and HP16-0378 and the mobile number written on a truck number HP16-3075 has been erased, which was recently deleted . Both trucks have been labeled Sabgi Mandi Dhalli. Both trucks owner / dvr was not present on the spot. These fire these trucks have been knowingly made by somebody. Abetment of suicide a case FIR No.200/17 dated 18.10.2017 U/S 306 IPC at PS West has been registered  on the statement of Sh. Adesh S/O  Sh. Khema Nand resident village Mastadi PO  Rika Tahsil Pratap Nagar Thana Lambgaon District Tehri Garhwal Uttarakhand Hall Shiva Baba Balak Nath Mandir Tuticandi Shimla, that his younger brother Hira Mani 44 Ganj Bazar Shimla Does the shop. Hiramani had taken quarters on rent in Pramod Bhawan, Hahnidhar 6 months ago. Today, its call by Arvind, Bhawan, told him that Hiramani is not opening the Quarter door. On which it told Arvind that informing the police about this is also approaching the opportunity. When it reached the Quattro, the police found Pi and Hiramani found lying on the bed and a chopped piece of dhoti hanging along with a fan hook and half-cut piece was found on the bed. He was taken into the ambulance and taken to IGMC, Shimla where M.O. Sahib declared Hiramani dead. Her brother Hiramani's relation with a girl almost 5/6 years. Her brother Hiramani had told him that he has given 25 lakh rupees to the afore said girl  and has also given a one lakh rupees to buy a flat. When his brother demanded his money from the girl, she fought a fight and made a complaint in the police, on which the police took custody of his brother Hiramani and his bail came from SDM (U) Shimla. Hiramani had been troubled since then. It is suspected that girl has compelled her to commit suicide by disturbing her brother and not giving money by the girl. A case FIR No 109/17 dated 18-10-2017 U/S 342,323,34 IPC P.S Kumarsain has been registered on the  Written Application of Deep Kumar S/o Sh Kanshi Ram R/o Vill Raghar PO Mahog Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi That He is the owner of Pick Up Bearing No HP-30-4038Bolero & self driving his vehicle . Previous Midnight at About 2-30 AM Morning his vehicle got defected near Kingal he reached the kingal for mechanic . He along with mechanic went the spot and correct his vehicle and drive the vehicle for testing but when the Machenic reached a ahead mood the vehicle again found defected and cross of the vehicle damaged .Thereafter mechanic drive the vehicle from his garage and When the Owner reached the Garage Three other’s Mechanic Met their and Locked him into the room and beaten him with kicks and punches and got sustained injuries .
