Crime Title 22.10.2017

1. A case FIR No. 196/2017 dated 21.10.2017 U/S 379 IPC has been registered in PS Theog, District Shimla on the statement of Smt Santoshi R/o Bhargedi, PO Satog, Tehsil Theog , District Shimla stated there in that She purchased a pulsar motor cycle one month ago. On 16.10.2017 she parked above M/Cycle near Rajan Tyres Theog, on 11.10.2017 when she went to see her M/Cycle there but did not found. She searched her M/Cycle to all place but all in vain. This case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Kumar, No 1681, I/O PS Theog, Shimla.

 

2. A case FIR No. 197/2017 dated 22.10.2017 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in PS Theog, District Shimla on the complainant of Sh Munish Sharma S/o Sh krishan Dutt Sharma R/o Ward No -6 Shalli bazaar, Tehsil & PS Theog,   District Shimla stated there in that on 21.10.217 at about 7.30 PM he closed his shop. On 22.10.2017 at about 11.00 AM When he reached his shop to open and found that the locks of his shop was broken. When he entered his shop and found that six Nos of Mobiles were missing. The cost of these missing mobiles are about Rs 50,000 /-.  This case is being investigated by Sanjeev Kumar, No 1681, I/O PS Theog, Shimla.

 

3. A case FIR No. 18/2017 dated 21.10.2017 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Nankhri, District Shimla on the complainant of Sh Deep Singh S/o Sh Balak Ram R/o Village Ghat, PO Dev Nagar, Tehsil Nankhari District Shimla stated there in that on 20.10.217 at about 5.30 PM when he was playing with his friends one person namely Mukesh Kumar came there and hit him with punches and also threatened him to dire consequences. This case is being invested by HC Ravinder Kumar, No 83, I/O PS Nankhari, District Shimla.

 

 

 

 

 

During last 24 hours 75 vehicle were challan under MV Act, compounded 36 & fine realized Rs. 14,400/- and 03 persons challan under Smoking Act, fine collected Rs. 300/- and 79 weapons deposited in various police stations.
