Crime Report Oct 31, 2017

1.    An Other IPC Fir No. 201/17 dated 30-10-2017 u/s 341, 34 IPC   has been registered at PS  Theog  on the statement of  Sh. Sanjay Sharma S/o Sh. Paras Ram  R/o  Raselli PO, Tehsil Theog, Distt.  Shimla age 42 years alleging therein that on dated 30-10-2017 at about 6  PM when was on the way in vehicle no. HP63-4737 towards Jais Ghati then driver of vehicle no. HP09C-2396 wrongfully restrained his way and he along with two other persons attacked him resulting he sustained minor injuries. Case has been registered and is being investigated by I/O PS  Theog.  

2.   An Other IPC FIR No. 89/17 dated 30.10.17 U/S 341,323,504,506,427 IPC has been registered at PS Chirgaon on the statement of Sh. Medru S/O Lt. Sh. Suban Dass Village Atgaon P.O Gaonsari Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therin that on dated 29-10-17 accused Virender Kumar S/O Sh. Medru Village Atgaon P.O Gaonsari Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla wrongfully restrained his way and attacked him and threatened to life. Case is being investigated by HC Pawan Singh No.62 I.O of this PS. Chirgaon. 

3.   An Accident Case FIR No. 91/17 dated 31-10-17 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Chirgaon on the statement of Smt. Aarti W/O Sh. Sunil Kumar VPO Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi alleging that on dated 30-10-17 she and her husband Sunil Kumar was coming towards Sandasu from Khashdhar in vehicle Pikup driven by Sunil Kumar. At about 9.30 PM when they reached near Parwati Kainchi Khashdhar road driver Sunil Kumar lose his control on the vehicle and the vehicle fell approx. 100 mtr. down from the road. Both are sustained injuries. Case is being investigating by HC Jagat Ram No. 1692 I.O PS Chirgaon.

4.   An Accident Case FIR No.127 /17 dated 31-10-17 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the statement of Rajinder Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Mohli, P/o Teshan, Teh. Kumarsain, Distt Shimla alleging that on dated 31-10-17 . At about 9.30 AM when was coming toward lohuri to sainj and reached near Kani Nalla he saw that one Alto Car no. HP35-3114 meet with an accident and rolled down about 150 feet from the road and 5 persons sustained injuries in this accident. Case is being investigating by I.O. PS Kumarsain.

5.   A Gambling Act Case Case FIR No.126 /17 dated 31-10-17 U/S 4-3-1867 Gambling Act has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the rukka of ASI Hem Chand alleging that he recovered Rs. 61,000/- from the possession of 14 persons who were plying illegal gambling at Bhutti Case is being investigating by I.O. PS Kumarsain.

6.   An Essential Commodities Act Case FIR No 125/17 dated 30-10-17 U/S 3,7 Essential Commodities act has been registered at PS Kumarsain on the Rukka of ASI Devi Ram I/O P.S Kumarsain Distt Shimla alleging therein that he recovered 160 Ltrs Diesel  during raid into the Hotel/ Dhaba of  Subash Verma S/o Sh Chunni Lal Verma R/O Vill Kanda PO Chekul Tehsil Kumarsain  Distt  shimla. Case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram I/O P.S Kumarsain.

7.   A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No. 127/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Rohru and recovered 12 Bottles of English liquor. 

8.   A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No. 128/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Rohru and recovered 60 Bottles of Country, 10 bottles English liquor & 12 Bottles of Beer.     

9.   A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No.   62/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Chopal and recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor. 

10.   A H.P. Excise Act  Case FIR No. 210/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS West and  recovered 10 Bottles of English liquor.

11.   A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No. 212/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS West and recovered 05 Bottles of English liquor.

12.  A H.P. Excise Act Case FIR No.   74/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act PS has been registered at PS Jubbal and recovered 08 Bottles of Country liquor & 6 Bottles of Beer.

 

13.   A H.P. Excise Act  Case FIR No.   90/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Chirgaon. Recovered 12 Bottles of Country liquor. 

14.   A H.P. Excise Act  Case FIR No. 124/17 Dt. 30.10.17 U/S 39 HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Kumarsain. Recovered 04 Bottles of Country liquor. 

15.  During last 24 hours 297 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded =151 & fine realized Rs. 66,000/- and 28 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fined Rs. 2,900/-

Crime Report OCT. 30

1.      A Case FIR NO 85/2017 dated 29-10-2017 u/s 39 HP Ex. Act at PS Jhakhri has been registred on the rukka of  SI/SHO Shyam Lal PS Jhakri. He alleging that on dated 29-10-2017 at about 3-00 pm when he was on patrolling alongwith staff  at helipad Jhakri. Then during patrolling he recovered 5 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of Vishnu Maya w/o Dinesh Lama R/O VPO Nirmal Basti ward no 6 Distt. Parsa Aanchal Nepal A/P residing at Raheri Market Jhakri Distt. Shimla HP age 40 years. Thus this kind of act came in to the crime of u/s 39 Hp Ex. Act. Case is being investigating by self SI/SHO PS Jhakri.

2.       An Excise Act case FIR No. 45/17 dated 29.10.17 U/S 39 (1) A H.P Exise Act 2011 PS Nerwa has been registered on the Rukka of  ASI Gurdev Singh 9 bottles of country liquor marka santra has been recovered from the possession of sh.Raju s/o sh. Anand singh V.P.O Nerwa Teh. Nerwa distt. Shimla near SBI Nerwa. Case is being investigating  by ASI Gurdev Singh I/O PS Nerwa.  

3.      An Accident Case FIR No 179/17 Dated 29/10/17 U/S 279,337,304A IPC PS Rampur has been registred on the statement of Sh Rohit Singh S/O SH Khem Singh Village Udar PO kotighat Tehsil Kumarsain Dist Shimla HP alleging therein he is posted as a conductor in HRTC Depot Rampur on dated 29/10/17 he was detailed with bus No HP06A-6292 route K/Sain to Rampur ,at about 5.00 PM when he reached near Bhadrash near Petroll Pump one m/cycle A/F came from Nirth side while overtaking a car and collide with the bus. In this accident M/Cycle ryder Abshiek Raghuvanshi died on the spot and Upasana D/O Ramdyal R/O Sangla died while shifiting to IGMC Shimla. Case has been registered and is being investigated by HC Narjeev Kumar IO PS Rampur.

4.      An Excise Act case FIR No. 123/17 dated 29.10.17 U/S 39 (1) A H.P Exise Act 2011 PS East has been registered on the Rukka of  SI Biri Singh alongwith  staff  during patrolling he recovered 12 bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of  Shyam lal S/O Sh. Jeet Ram R/O Tikkar Tehsil & Police Station Theog Distt. Shimla age 43 years.Case is being investigating by SI Biri Singh I/O PS East.

5.      Hurt/Assault case FIR No. 191/17 dated 29.10.17 U/S 353,323,186 IPC  at PS Sadar on the complaint of HC Pyar Singh No.140 He alleging that on dated 29-10-2017 at about 1-00 pm when he was at   Police Station, there is Mohit S/O Sh. Jitender Sapda came with his complaint against Manish S/O  Suresh Kumar. Mohit asked Manish S/O  Suresh Kumar assault with him,after some time Manish with his father came in Police Station. When he asked the reason of assault  to Manish, suddenly Manish’s father Suresh Kumar slapped on his left chick and pushed him back fiercely, whereby his name plate has been Broken. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Twaru Ram R/O  Saraswati Niwas Lalpani District Shimla, obstruct  him on duty. Case is being investigating by SHO PS. Sadar. 

6.      Case FIR No.88/17 Dated 30.10.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act. Registed at P.S. Chirgaon Shimla On the Rukka of HC Deepak Kumar I.O. Police station Chirgaon   District  Shimla, on 29.10.2017, alongwith  staff during Traffic Checking  near Andhra Project recovered 10 Gram Charas from the possession of JitenderSingh S/O Sh. Tikka Singh R/O Vill.Dhakgaon Tehsil .Chadgaon  DistrictShimlaThe case  is being  investigating  by HC Deepak  Kumar IO  police station Chirgaon District Shimla.

7.      An Excise Act case FIR No. 87/17 dated 29.10.17 U/S 39 (1) A H.P Exise Act 2011 PS Chirgaon  has been registered on the Rukka of  SI/SHO Babu Ram 12 bottles of country liquor marka santra has been recovered from the possession of Sh.Surender Singh  s/o Sh. Beli Ram R/O Jabera, PO. Kloti  Teh. Chirgaon distt. Shimla near Kaloti. Case is being investigating  by SI/SHO Babu Ram I/O PS Chirgaon.

8.      Case FIR No. 208/17 dated 29.10.17 U/S 289 IPC  at PS West on the statement  of Tara Chand  S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Chamo PO. Bhaont, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla,  He alleging that on dated 29-10-2017 at about 6-00 pm who stated  that he was bitten by Jai Singh’s pet dog. For which he had sustained injury on his left leg. Case is being investigating by HC Manoj Kumar No. 955 I/O PS West.

9.      Hurt/Assault case FIR No. 209/17 dated 29.10.17 U/S 353,332,34 IPC  at PS West on the statement  of HC Manoj Kumar No. 955, alleging that on dated 29-10-2017 he has received a telephone call from Tara Chand  S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Chamo PO. Bhaont, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla,who stated  that he was bitten by Jai Singh’s pet dog. For which he had sustained injury on his left leg.  On this he alongwith staff went to the spot. The complainant who was under the influence of alcohol started to fight with the I/O,  Foe which obstructions while on  duty has been made out.  Case is being investigating by SI Vijay I/O PS West.

10.          An Excise Act case FIR No. 60/17 U/s 39(1)a HP Excise Actdated 29/10/17 has been registered on the rukka of SI/SHO Kamlesh Kumar PS    Chopal. During Nakabandi with staff received information regarding excise and conducted raid on the shop of Geeta W/o Sh. Raju R/o Village Sagroli PO Bamta, Tehsil Chopal during raid 12 Bottles of country liquor recovered from the passion of Geeta case is being investigated by SI/SHO Kamlesh Kumar.

11.   Gambling Act case FIR No. 61/17 U/s 13-3-67 Public Gambling Act dated 29/10/17 has been registered on the rukka of HC Naresh   Kumar No. 193 I/O PS Chopal during patrolling with staff received information regarding Gambling and conducted raid 4 person     playing cards on cash in open place at Chambi forest cash Rs. 11330/- has been recovered. Case is being           investigated by HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Chopal.

12.  An Excise Act case FIR No. 210/17 dated 30.10.17 U/S 39 (1) A H.P Exise Act 2011 PS West  has been registered on the Rukka of  ASI Amrender Singh durin Nakka at Shoghi Barrier 10 bottles of illicit liquor marka Royal Stag Classic has been recovered from the possession of Rajesh Kumar  s/o Sh. Desh  Raj R/O House No.64 Dalipgarh Babyal, Amlala, Haryana. Case is being investigating  by ASI Amrender Singh I/O PS West.

13.A Theft case FIR NO. 211/17 dated 30.10.17 U/S 389 IPC at PS West has been registered on the complaint of Satya Dev Sharma S/O Sh. Amolak Ram R/O Vill Gawahi PO> Shoghi,Tehsil & District Shimla, alleging that  some unknown person had took his Truck No. HP-63A-0850 from Baghna Mod, Shoghi. Case is being investigating by HC Kiran Kumar No. 1686 I/O PS West.

14.  During last 24 hours 239 vehicle were made challan under MV Act, compounded 87 & fine realized Rs 31,300/- and  39 persons were challan under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 3900 /-.

Crime Report October 29, 2017.

1.          - Case FIR No. 71/17 Dt. 28/10/17 U/S 505(2) IPC, PS Sunni District Shimla has been registered on the nakal reapt no 63 dated 27-10-2017 PS West Shimla and complaint of Smt. Kusam Verma Secretary, HP, Congress Committee HIloruis Home Dhingu Dhar Sanjauli that some antisocial elements from the BJP have been uploading false news against Youth Congress President and candidate of MLA of Shimla Gramin Constituency. These pictures have also been seen by the police officials, news titled as Vikramditya Singh’s car caught with drug. The case is being investigated by ASI Dilu Ram, IO, PS, Suni. District Shimla.   

2.          Case FIR No. 150/17 Dt. 28/10/17 U/S 308 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Shri Rinku S/O Shri Bhagat Ram R/O village & PO Kyartu Tehsil Theog District Shimla that he is resident of above mentioned address and conductor in Bus No. HP63A 1201. On 28-10-2017 when he was eating meals in Manga Dhaba situated at Sanjauli then Mr. Harvinder without any reasons start to beat him. At that Mr. Harvinder was in drinking conditions. The case is being investigated by IO PS Dhalli Shimla.       

 

3.          Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 14917 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Dhalli has been registered against Ashok Thakur S/O Shri Sant Ram Thakur R/o Bhakhrai PO Malyana Tehsil & district Shimla while he was being carried country liquor i.e 06 bottle liquor=4500 Ml Marka Himachal Orange. The case is being investigated by IO PS Dhalli.

 

4.          Accident Case, Case FIR No. 112/2017 dated 28-10-2017 u/s 279 337 IPC has been registered on the statement of Shri Som Raj S/O Late Shri Ami Chand village Kardu ZPO Baraghawan Tehsil Kumarsain District Shimla when he was at his Dhaba he listened sound of vehicle fall down and immediately he reached where from sound was come and saw that an HRTC bus no HP69-4956 was fall down. This accident took place rash and negligent driving of driver of Van No. HP62A-3070. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram, IO, Ps, K/ Sain.

 

5.          Accident case, Case FIR No. 199/2017 dated 28-10-2017 u/s 279,337 IPC &187 MV Act has been registered Shashi Banlota R/O Banolta Niwas Kotkhai Road Theog District Shimla that he sent his son namely Mr.Achuat Pal for taking bread. After a long time when he did not back at the residence than he himself went to see him and saw that his son fall down and injury caused his head and legs. The case is being investigated by HC Adrash Kumar No. 959, IO, PS Theog.  

6.          Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 207/17 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Dhalli has been registered and recovered 7 bottles.  

7.          Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 200/17 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Theog has been registered and recovered 11 bottles.  

8.          Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 72/17 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Sunni and recovered 12 bottles.  

9.          Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 21/17 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Nankhri has been registered and recovered 08 bottles.  

10.      Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 58/17 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Chopal has been registered and recovered three and half bottle.   

11.       Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 44/17 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Nerwa has been registered and recovered 08 bottles.   

12.      Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 27/17 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Kupvi has been registered and recovered 48 bottles.   

13.      Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 189/17 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Sadar has been registered and recovered12 bottles dasi.   

14.      Excise Case  - Case FIR No. 190/17 dated 28-10-2017 U/S 39 HP Excise PS Sadar has been registered and recovered12 bottles dasi.
